I would like to organize my zaps however the function is not working? Is there any solution to solve this issue?

That functionality is for drag/drop into other Zap Folders.

+1 to what Troy mentioned. However, could you please provide more details on how you wish to organize your Zaps? This information will be helpful for me to pass on to our product team.
