Is there a way to create a new channel in flock using zapier?
Hello,I use Zapier to fetch forms data (Jotform) to then format and store it in Googlesheets. Since yesterday, I am facing an issue that I never encountered before: Create Rows/Mutiple Rows in Googlesheet activity works fine in test mode, but I they throw errors when somebody submits a form (and the Zap runs).Detailed explanation is is the attached file. Would really appreciate any help and guidance, as I am getting a bit desperate with this issue. Thanks in advance people! Alejandro
Hi I am new to Zapier, i've started it mainly for this purpose but i will look to learn it and connect with notion in the future too if can get the hang of it.I am looking to be able to take a list of subreddits and be able to filter down a certain demographic - 18+ UK/EU based gamers etc - I then would like to be able to take these posts that fit this filter into a Discord channel.I have been trying to set this up using the help of chatgpt and zapier ai but so far seem stuck - I can get the message into Discord but no actual link to the respective Reddit post that triggered the zap etc.Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

Hi everyone! I read in another question that we couldn’t track open/click rates using Gmail but that we could if we used SendGrid. I’ve already integrated SendGrid as an email step in a couple of Zaps, and I was wondering how I could access that info. Is there any other step I need to configure? Thanks in advance!
Hi all,I am wanting to find a petition within my Nationbuilder account. When I input the petitions name into the field, it returns a different petition. No matter what I insert into the name field, it returns the same wrong petition.Is this a known bug? All help is appreciated!
I would like to automatically flow email addresses registered with a newsletter stand called myASP to the Convert Kit sequence, where I would like to link it to Zapier. The API's are already linked with both my ASP and the conversion kit. However. The email address registered in myASP does not reach Zapier, and since it does not reach Zapier, it is not linked to the Convert Kit after all.I don't know what is causing this, but what should I do? We have an active Zap gathering data for realestate.com.au (REA) Lead submissions via API Webhook and passing data to our CRM (Salesforce). REA pass a value for 'Record Type' and I want to map that value dynamically to Salesforce CRM field 'Web Form Name'.I need to know how to do this please. Thanks
Hi I need help with my zapier I created to get leads that come in as an email to my Outlook and getting it automated to enter into my Google Sheet. I have everything set up and even tested it, but once I took my zapier live, it is not taking the leads in Outlook and inserting them into my master Google sheet. Can anyone help me with this?
I create a Zap connected to Hubspot to create rows in a spreadsheet every time a new company is created, I used the Hubspot trigger of new company property change to be able to filter only companies with the dashboard created.The zap supposedly worked as I was able to turn it on, but it didn’t work with a test company I created, I was able to turn it on but the row was not created.Please help! I have tried many things and looked in other chats for help, but I haven’t been able to find why it didn’t work!

Hello, I am trying to create an event in google calendar with the following data: Despite trying at least four different formats, it always schedules the event at either 9 am or 9 pm on the specified day, never at the intended time. The time zones used in GCal are correct. Tips on how to fix this? Cheers

Hi, has anyone who uses Splash or Salesforce Campaigns/Reports for event registrations been able to create a Zap that shares the total event registrants? I am trying to find a way to share a Zap via slack or email that sends the total event registrants for our events. Currently doing this manually, would love to be able to do this automatically using Zapier. We use Splash for events, which is also connected to Salesforce Campaigns field so through Splash and Salesforce Campaigns (and Salesforce Reports) we can see event registrants.
I use zapier with Google Ads to add customers to a Segment list I created. Google calls this a “Customer Match list” and forces us to use Zapier to create this list from our online store/platform.Google ads told me if I want to create an automated customer match list from my BigCommerce Store... that I had to use Zapier.The tasks are running on Zapier… allegedly successfully. I see in the details of the task… that zapier is finding the customer on BigCommerce… with the right data/info… but I don’t see the customer getting added to the Audience list in google ads and yes… I have linked up Google Ads and Zapier… seemingly without issue. I went through the integration wizard on Google ads when I set this up… please help.
Has anyone found a creative way to use https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall/ brute force feature and add Zapier? Since Zap has 2408 CIDRs for us-<foo> … it’s unrealistic to add 2408 entries to the white list. So far my option is to turn OFF security related to brute force attacks. That’s no good. How have others solved this that use All In One WP Security (AIOS)? Issue related to Zap 1589427 “Add new registrants in ClickMeeting for every new form submission in HubSpot”. In general, the Zap works. I have set it up for 10+ different Webinars (different Meeting rooms in Clickmeeting). Unfortunately, in 10 to 20% of the cases (i.e. Hubspot submissions), the Zap reports an error: Meeting room not found. By 10 to 20% I mean that for a single Webinar, 8 or 9 out of 10 form submissions lead to a registered participant, but the rest fail. This is the cas for every webinar (i.e. every Clickmeeting Meeting Room). Does this error occur at anyone else’s setup or does anyone have any hints to solve that?Thank youHenryk
We are trying to connect our app in Shopify called “Proofer” to Monday.com. The workflow should be: customer approves mockup in Proofer > Status in Zapier under “art” set to “proof approved” > upload approved mockup file from proofer into monday.com under “File” columnWe are running into an error when trying to set the item ID in zapier and don’t know how to identify the item ID in monday.com. We currently have an automation in Monday.com that when an order is placed > it creates a new item > which automatically adds the Order # and Customer First Name under the Order Column as seen below for reference: Here’s how we currently have it set up in Zapier and the error that’s popping up when trying to set up a User ID:Any help would be appreciated!! I want to use the "New Campaign Start Sending" event in Active Campaign to retrieve associated contacts and record that email activity in Salesforce. But, necessary data (like Contact ID, Contact Email) is not provided in the available trigger.
Good day to all, I currently have a project under API Integration wherein client would endorse via their ATS and in real time, the subject will be ticketed. Then, once ticketed, our API will send a zoho form via email to the candidate. Once completed it will be stored in our internal database. I would like to ask if Zapier has the capability to send follow up email notifications to the candidate then the trigger would be the date when the candidate has completed the form? Thanks
Hello, We created a form that will trigger an axiom browser automation to check some data on a website and then return it in a google sheet which will perform a calculation and return it to the original person who submitted the form. This axiom web scraping automation takes roughly 2 minutes to complete. The problem is if we have 2 people submit the form at the same time or very close times together it will not work for the first person since the second persons submission will overwrite the data of the first persons submission. Is there a way to force the Zap triggers to wait to trigger until the first Zap run has run to 100% completion? We have tried using a delay so we can time it to wait 2 minutes between triggers but this did not work.Any assistance is appreciated!
Every time i turn on my Zap it instantly turns off when i refresh the page. I dont understand why. Ive tried every solution but it wont work. I connected calendly to monday. There are no erros. I can even get it to turn on every time i refresh it turns off so i have no history to look at. I need this fixed by Monday or im going to have to find a new service to use. please help out.
