I need some help to choose which Zapier plan to do. What I’m trying to make is mail merging zap.Auto response mail would be sent when there is a new row in specific spreadsheet. and after several tests, I wonder how to count zap tasks about my process.Is Spreadsheet trigger and Sending Gmail one task for one mail?If it’s right, with the Zapier plan the number of emails that can be sent is too limited for me,,Plz leave some advise..!

my calendar appointments are created howewer the only set of data that appears to be passed into the zap is the start and end date as well as the attendee email. All else is ignored and the appointment name is always set to default “appointment” instead of the provided data. while testing there is no error and all data appears to be present.

I’m testing the zap that sends Slack saved items to Google tasks. It’s asking me to login to Google. If I want to do this for each team member, then do I need to create a separate task with each of their Google logins? I’m a little confused about how each slack member get’s it to their own task.
I use a 3rd party AP bill integration (MakersHub) with QuickBooks. Once a bill is approved in MH, it is pushed into QB. I currently have that QB bill record then create a record into a table for job costing. I need to be able to update the table if the bill changes. For example, project/customer. Etc. Is there any way of doing this without having to use yet another software like Make.com? Thanks.

I'm using Zapier (this is a DialPad supported integration) with the DialpPad API and PATCH and can update fields, however I can't add a second phone number. It simply writes over the existing number. I have two forms on Typeform The Zap flow stars when a customer fills in Form 1. This is easy. I then send them an email to ask them to fill in Form 2. A few days later I want to send them a follow up email IF they have not completed Form 2 yet. The checking for completion is where I am getting stuck. Would appreciate your help!

Trying to create a zap to send images/files from our company flock channel to Google drive folder. It says I need to use commune. There is no info on how to set up a commune account to get the tokens. I submitted it ticket for help but they don’t even have the contact info or website to do so. I have a zap set up to remove someone from my membership plan in Podia when the plan itself is cancelled in ThriveCart. However, when this happens, it removes the customer’s subscription immediately and not at the end of the current billing cycle like I want. This is due to a limitation with Podia and cannot be changed. So, if I were to use the delay feature with Zapier, can it predict when a Thrivecart subscription plan should cancel at the end of the customer’s billing period?For example, my customer signs up for a plan on April 30th, but they decideto cancel May 3rd. Can I have a delay set so that they still retain access to the plan until May 30th instead of cancelling immediately? Again, setting this within the Zap does not work due to limitations with my website.
I was able to connect my account to my Wordpress site, but when I try to create a task to create a post the test comes back with a 403 error.I clicked the “Troubleshooting” button, but the information was useless, there was no information about the actual error.I searched for 403 error posting to Wordpress, and I did find a post that does list the 403 error, but that wasn’t any better. Two of the links talk about Jetpack “fixes”, but the link do not relate to the recommended fix. The third option, allowlisting xmlrpc.php does make sense since I can connect my account, it’s only (so far) posting that is the problem.

Once a payment is applied > update record “payment status” field is a dropdown. The Zap is creating a new dropdown status “Paid - Awaiting W9/Bank Setup” in Airtable each time it runs even after I delete the new one. The spelling & formatting is exactly the same. How do I make sure it’s updating to this dropdown option?
Does anyone have experience of creating zaps between acuity and manatal? I have created one that creates a new candidate in Manatal when they make an appointment in Acuity. But it creates a new (duplicate) record every time when I want it to create OR update. This is not a feature currently available and I have requested it. Is there a filter I can use to make this work? My client has paid Manatal quite a lot of money to get the API token and at the moment it will not work. Any advice or ideas appreciated, thank you.

I am creating a Zap to send an automatic confirmation email once a form is completed to the form submitter.I want the auto-confirmation to go to be sent to the email that was put into the SquareSpace form field “email” on the contact form.But, SquareSpace only sees “zapier-demo@squarespace.com” during the test runs and attempts to send the confirmation to a wrong address.What step am I missing to have Zapier correctly parse the information in the SquareSpace contact form such that it correctly finds the submitted email and then correctly uses the email from the form.BTW - i used mail by Zapier and got the automatic confirmation email to work correctly. But, for some reason, i am unable to get this to work when using Gmail.Thanks.
