I have two forms on Typeform
The Zap flow stars when a customer fills in Form 1. This is easy.
I then send them an email to ask them to fill in Form 2. A few days later I want to send them a follow up email IF they have not completed Form 2 yet. The checking for completion is where I am getting stuck.
Would appreciate your help!

Try logging the Typeform answers to use to check against.
Such as in an Airtable Base.
Airtable has Views, which are segments of data.
Views can be used to trigger Zaps or native Airtable automations.
Airtable Automations have a native integration with Gmail and Outlook.
The concept would be to create a View with Filter conditions to trigger the email to be sent.
e.g. VIEW FILTER CONDITIONS
Date - Completed - Form 1 = 3 Days Ago
AND
Date - Completed - Form 2 = EMPTY
