I can't update row in Google Sheets from Mysql

I can’t seem to make this work.  I have a field in my MYSQL table that puts a timestamp whenever anything in the record gets changed.  In step 2, I have tried  using the record ID as well as the record modified timestamp field as the lookup column.  The lookup value is the Dedupe Hash value.  Neither option works.  The google sheet never updates with changes to the MYSQL database.  Any help.  I reviewed a previous post from 6 months ago for the same issue, but no solution was given.  Can anyone help?
