I’m trying to create a Zap that takes an Evernote Reminder (now called Tasks) and puts it into a ToDoist project. Everything seems to be set-up correctly based om the green checkmarks and I see the sample Task sent from Zapier in ToDoist. But when I create the new Evernote Task in the proper notebook nothing happens.Any help to troubleshoot would be appreciated.
Hello,We want to use Zapier NLA. When we open the link (https://nla.zapier.com/dev/start/) in a separate window it’s working fine. But we want to embed it with an iframe, then it displayed actions UI but failed to save any changes and login. Is there any way to make it work inside an iframe?Error on saving:POST https://nla.zapier.com/dev/actions/save/ 403 (Forbidden)
I’m looking to pull info from Square invoices, to be able to send into things like Google Sheets, Mailchimp, and Qukcbooks to start.However, regardless of any Zap I try to set up, the line item data from the invoice is not available to me when creating Zaps. I’ve looked into the line item FAQ as well, but I cannot figure out the way to retrieve this data.Is this something that can be done? I can seemingly get any info from the Square invoice EXCEPT anything in the data table of the invoice itself. Any insight in how to do this would be very appreciated, or knowing that this isn’t possible would also help.

I want to create a zap to add a new contact to a list in iContact whenever I add a new client to Proposify. I am stuck at this step:What “contact” does it want me to add? When I select a client from the dropdown menu, and test the zap, I get the following error message: What was “not found”? Was the data not found in Proposify or iContact? What am I doing wrong? Hi! I’m trying to set up a Zap where clients from my CINC CRM get moved automatically to a subscriber into mailchimp when a certain label is applied. However, when I go to the label dropdown menu the labels are showing up at “Label A” “Label B” “Label C” etc… instead of the lables that we actually use in CINC. Anyone have any ideas on how to get our actual labels to show up? Thanks!
I’m in need of some help. I have a Simply Book me page with bookable services some are via Zoom and some in person. I’ve tried to automate the Zoom meeting zap through Zapier but can’t seem to isolate the trigger to those New Bookings that only relate to zoom services. Can this be done? Or is it a case of all new bookings to trigger Zoom meeting? TIA
Hi everyone, I am trying to detect a new folder being created in our Google Drive. The folder(s) I want to detect will be created as a sub-folder of a root folder.Unfortunately, when I try to use the “New Folder” trigger, it’s just not pulling out the list of folders under My Google Drive. (see image below). This is really weird, as when I build a new zap with the “New File” trigger, Zapier correctly pulls out all the folders under My Google Drive.Does anyone has a tip? Thanks so much.

I am trying to connect contact details from a specific ‘Membership’ campaign in Givebutter to Mailchimp. I would like to set up a zap that updates contact details that connect with my Memership campaign, and opt-in to receive email updates to add/update Mailchimp contacts and add specific tags. At the moment I can only say ways to specific: New Campaign, or Update Campaign, New Ticket or New Transaction. Is there a way to set up a zap that focuses only on a specific campaign name? Is there a way to add only contacts that opt-in to email notifications from Givebutter to Mailchimp?
Hi There, I use Microsoft To Do as my main task list app so i can share lists with family. I use Motion to try to time block tasks for me automatically. I want to have new tasks that I add into Microsoft To Do automatically add to Motion. I also would like to have a task that is updated or completed in Microsoft To Do be updated or Completed in Motion. I tried to use the direct connection but Motion was not liking some of the formatting, so I introduced a Google Sheet as a go between. If a new Task is added to To Do, the Zap adds it to a Google Sheet, adjusts some of the date formatting, and then creates a new task in Motion. I also created an update zap that looks at the To Do list and if a task is updated it will find the task in the google sheet based on the create Date and Time, update the sheet, then update Motion. I finally got both of these to work, but all of the sudden the Update zap started running on multiple tasks that I hadn’t updated, adding them into the Google Shee
ive done all the steps but for some reason its attempting to pull the phone number from an old form on my account and text that and its not pulling the new number from the form when the customer fills it out. do i have a misunderstanding of how this works or just have it set up wrong?
I want to trigger a Zap when an email from a specific sender(s) is received. The email comes into a shared inbox rather than my personal inbox. I have only seen how to link my personal inbox. How can I link zapier to the shared inbox so a new email in the shared inbox triggers the zap?
I have a zap that only needs to run from 9am to 5pm on weekdays. Finding a solution to schedule it eludes me. Can someone offer some suggestions? Also - my zap includes using Vonage, which seems to, on occasion, require re-authentication, which will undoubtedly become cumbersome at some point. Any ideas on how to mitigate that?
I was directed here via SurveyMonkey - I currently have a Google Sheet spreadsheet where I collect SurveyMonkey completed survey responses. The problem I am encountering is that new responses can only be updated when I open Google Sheet + SurveyMonkey extension. I would like to see if it was possible to use Zapier so that new responses can automatically be pull in without having to either open 1) Google Sheet + SurveyMonkey extension or 1) SurveyMonkey Extension. I am reposting this question. The original post was closed and I have not resolve this issue yet. I hope there will be someone can help. I created a webhook url in Zapier that I copied into my application (Asecurecart - shopping cart). Asecurecart is reporting this error each time I send data to Zapier:Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.The screen shots are of the setting for the webhook in Asecurecart and the error message that is reported. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I’m setting up a zap to integrate a new form submission in elf sight, then find a session in live storm, then create a registrant in livestorm. Because this is my first zap, but the trigger for the elfsight form is good to go but I’m stumped on the “find the session in livestorm”portion when it asks “Start After” (date/time field) and “start before” (date/time field) —— what is it really asking here?
Hello, i am just getting started, i think i need a very simple Zap, i need to send an email to our company mail, the trigger is:If a number in Column F drops below 30 it sends an email to company mailData is stored in google sheet, i will provide pictures down belowThe idea is, my people in the company have their documents registered for 1 year, so every year we have to renew them, so, when we renew, we put in the dates, and column next to it is countdowning days until it needs to be renewd again, so, i need a zap to send me an email once that number in that specific row, if any on the number there in a row show under “30” that it triggers and sends an email saying “hey there is one documents coiming to an end in 30 days” or idealy, if it can also read names, and tell me specificly, this guys with name from cokumn A and B his doucments running out uner 30 days”i tried to do something but it triggered allot of zaps, im getting lost and this system is not simple as i thought..pls help al

Example:Customer A: uses SalesforceCustomer B: uses Pipedrive→ When a lead in Salesforce is qualified we want to distribute it to a partner and create it in Pipedrive I am searching something like a trust layer where Zapier is saying thinks like “Do you want to trust Customer A? With agreeing on the blababla it is possible to create leads in your pipedrive instance but the other side will not see your password and username.”

I need help adding gmail as a trigger to put a lead in automatically into boomtown. The problem is that when going through boomtown, it won’t let me add just a first name, last name, emaiil address, or phone number. It only allows me to add the body of the email without seperating the lead up into the right categories for Boomtown. Attached are some screenshots
Hi, hoping someone can help. I’m trying to set Zapier up to pull orders from Ebay in to Goolge sheets. It is failing when trying to test on Action 2 “Find an order in Ebay” Am I filling in the required fields wrong? I have followed the part for setting up the google sheets, but I don't think its even getting that far, as it cant test looking up the ebay orders. Appreciate any help,Thanks,J
