EventBrite Deleting names after they were entered

Anyone can answer why the names I’m registering are being deleted on eventbrite? in the reports section it will say 300 or how much i already entered then the next day 178. Why would that happen?

Thanks for your post, could you share a bit more information so we can help you get to the bottom of things? How are the names are being added to Eventbrite? And when you say the reports section, is that something you’re seeing on Eventbrite, or somewhere in Zapier? Thanks!
