Failed to find an order in eBay: Unable to get orders: undefined

Hi, hoping someone can help.

 

I’m trying to set Zapier up to pull orders from Ebay in to Goolge sheets.

 

It is failing when trying to test on Action 2 “Find an order in Ebay”

 

Am I filling in the required fields wrong?

 

I have followed the part for setting up the google sheets, but I don't think its even getting that far, as it cant test looking up the ebay orders.

Hi @jayvicks -

Hmm, well based on your set up, I don’t see anything inherently wrong here. But let’s troubleshoot together! 

This may be a silly question, but for the test sample to pull, there needs to be data. Has there been a sale that Zapier can pull from for the test? If the current set up is your last step, can you please try to publish the Zap and turn it on, we may find additional answers from the Data In portion of your Zap History, or there may be no issue at all and once a sale goes through, it will run smoothly.
