I’m looking to pull info from Square invoices, to be able to send into things like Google Sheets, Mailchimp, and Qukcbooks to start.

However, regardless of any Zap I try to set up, the line item data from the invoice is not available to me when creating Zaps. I’ve looked into the line item FAQ as well, but I cannot figure out the way to retrieve this data.

Is this something that can be done? I can seemingly get any info from the Square invoice EXCEPT anything in the data table of the invoice itself. Any insight in how to do this would be very appreciated, or knowing that this isn’t possible would also help.

You may need to create a Custom Action with the help of AI or use the Square API to pull Invoice data: https://developer.squareup.com/reference/square/invoices-api
