Super new to Zapier and need some help. I see a Zap for automatically updating anyone who unsubs in Mailchimp in Salesforce. But we do not keep all our subscribers in Salesforce and want to keep it that way. We only keep our donors in Salesforce. They are all currently tagged with “Donors.”
I do not see a Zap that allows for additional conditionals such as, “When someone in Mailchimp unsubscribes that has a “Donors” tag, update in Salesforce.” Is there a way to add additional conditions to the automation?
We don’t want to receive errors every time someone unsubs in Mailchimp who isn’t a Donor because they aren’t in Salesforce. Nor do we want to add all our subscribers to Salesforce.
We currently manage all this manually via exports and imports.
