I set up a zap to create a MS TODO task whenever an e-mail in my gmail account is starred. All works well, except the only two lists I can create the task in are the default list and some random shared list someone shared with me. I can’t choose any of my other TODO lists in the zap (they don’t show up as options when I set up the zap).Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

So what’s the correct current answer?Here’s the assistant’s full response:Yes, the different paths in a Paths step are executed in a particular order. The order of execution is determined by the rules you set up for each path. When a trigger event occurs, Zapier evaluates the rules for each path in the order they are defined. The first path whose rules are met will be executed, and the subsequent paths will be skipped. So, the execution order follows the order in which the paths are defined.

I am trying to integrate Setmore with Square so that when an appointment is booked manually by myself, an invoice automatically goes out but it keeps coming up with “Error code: Error while retrieving: Providers not found” on the Setmore side, I have tried turning the zap on and off, deleting it and redoing it and also deleting the setmore app on the dashboard and re-connecting it. Any Ideas??
I’m trying to automate downloading the Humanitix.com detailed attendee report to a google sheet. The problem I’m having is that the field names in the Attendee report, and the field names that Zapier is assigning are completely different, and I can’t figure out how to map them so I know what headers to create in the Google Sheet. Has anyone had any success in syncing Humanitix event attendee data to a Google Sheet using Zapier?

This post was split from the topic: "Access denied" error while using lexofficeI am encountering a similar error with lexoffice. I can connect to lexoffice and upon testing the connection I even get a success message. However, the file is simply not being transmitted to lexoffice and the first few times I received a Zap alert saying “The app returned "invalid_grant".”The odd thing is that it works perfectly fine with another lexoffice account that I have. The file is there immediately. But with my other account the exact same setup does not work.
There are other similar posts here. Some are from a while ago, so I figured I would ask again. I have around 100 Agents who have Facebook Business and Instagram Business pages that I manage. I would like to be able to see their week over week performance (Add Follower Counts, Reach, Likes & Reactions, Comments, and Shares) in Google Sheets. Once there, I can dig deeper into the analytics to draw various conclusions. From what i’ve read, this seems to require webhooks. I’m not very familiar with those, but willing to learn. That said, has anyone figured this out inside or outside of this community? Or something like this:
Im trying to get OpenAI to transcribe a Zoom recording. I have toggled all the correct settings in Zoom and I have a paid OpenAi account with credits.
So I had recently setup all my Zoom accounts (I manage 9) to automatically upload recordings on Zoom to a YouTube channel. I had the zap running the date through formatter to pre-pend the YT title to start with the date as “YYYY-MM-DD_” followed by the Zoom topic as the title. It worked well for about 2 recording when I started getting a failure notice. It turned out that the topic was too long and pushed the title in YT past the 100 character max. So I have now added a second formatter step to cap out the Zoom topic to the first 80 characters. So with that, plus the date, we will always be under 100 characters. When I manually move the old data, it works perfectly, but it doesn’t seem to trigger on any new test recordings I have been putting through. Very strange. Is this possibly an issue with using multiple formatter steps? Note that there was a beta AI thing in Formatter asking me to describe what I wanted to do (and it seemed to figure it out perfectly).

I have a zap set up as- Trigger: Smartsheets updated row Zapier Filter condition Lookup Spreadsheet row / create new row if not found Update spreadsheet Row / with the Custom set to ROW of the googlesheet in the lookup as the dynamic update- It use to be ROWIDThe issue I am experiencing is that it keeps adding a row when there is a change in smartsheets and doesn’t make the update to the existing row in the Google sheet creating duplicate like entries. When testing it works and updates that same row for the test.
Hi, I am trying to connect my google sheets with Hubspot to update a deal whenever there is a new or updated spreadsheet row in my google sheets. I have the record ID as my unique identifier and am mapping numbers of total potential and discounted potential (which I added as deal properties earlier). However, every time I am trying to run the test zap, I receive a troubleshooting error with the following message: I realize that my property name in Hubspot it not “total potenial” (as the error says) but “total potential” and when I do the mapping it also shows me the correct name. But everytime I run the test, somehow the name changes and I do not get why. Can anyone please help me?Thanks

I saw previous posts about apostrophes in WordPress posts turning into ’ when a Zap creates a post on a Facebook page. Similarly, I am having hyphens turn into &#8216; on the Facebook post. This Zapier community post indicates a bug fix was on the way. Has that been resolved? The starter edition of Zapier won’t let me use the Text Formatter without upgrading to the premium plan.

I have two different Calendly accounts that I would like to add to my Zapier premium account. I can easily connect one account through their native integration. That’s easy. How can I add the second account? Is it through a Webhook? I’ve never done it before or is there another way.
We’re transitioning from Periscope to Tableau as our BI tool - I understand there are no native integrations so there’s going to need to be some sort of CSV intermediary file.In Periscope we can expose an endpoint that is a .csv and are currently running an google sheet app script (example below) to pull this CSV in to the Google Sheet and then using the Sheet->Zapier trigger to send the data to other systems.With needing to re-write everything with the new BI tool I’m wondering what options there are to skip the step of using the google sheet and app script to pull in the CSV first before Zapier can action it. Hi everyone! I have a quick question about how to set up the conditions that deal with tags that a contact has in the CRM. My question is:Of course, one contact can have multiple tags.Should I use "Contains" and "Does not contain"? In this case, I'm considering only one specific tag.If I choose "Exactly matches", does it take into account the entire "string" of the tags that a contact has? (I want to consider only one). Is it ok to use the "tags tag" instead of the "tags ID"? Thanks a lot for your help!
