In the Past you had just like all explorers like finder for the Zapps. Click a folder and at the right you saw the zaps. A while ago on the new view it is a lot harder to manage a lot of zaps and scroll through the folders. The all apps in a list as default is going back in structuring if you ask me. Please consider to have the result of the zaps at the right while you can still see the folders at the left as before. That would make it a lot easier manage my zaps and structure them for me and my colleagues to manage. 

I have been working with this for 2 days, and its still not working even using Copilot. Please help me

I have a shipstation API that returns a shipping label and that shipping label data I pass into attachments data field for Sendgrid. This used to work but now that I have been forced to update to latest version of webhooks API it no longer works and throws this error.  Maybe intentional change now but means attachments in webhooks is functionally impossible?  

Hi I am trying to connect my Alpaca paper trading account to Zapier but I cant seem to do it. When I try to it defaults to my live account even though Ive connected both please help!!!

I’ve made a simple zapier that works fine. Tested it manually multiple times, all good, can get records from hello asso, go through filters and such, and send a message on discord.Perfect as long as I test manually.But everytime someone made a payment, I received a mail with this error, and nothing was processed :Error while hydrating data from HelloAsso: RefreshAuthError: I failed to find anything anywhere about this

I have a quiz in scoreapp with 4 outcomes. In zapier I have created a zap for each one to try and keep the flow simple. They worked in testing but in live they are not pulling the data through. This is the error I’m getting but when I check the data the information is there. Its just not pulling into the zap.  

help i have the correct password entered its still sending this error 

I’m using Mailerlite to manage email sign ups from two Squarespace websites and a while after I connected the second website one of my Zapier > Mailerlite Zaps went haywire and I can’t figure out why…People sign up on a Squarespace form for a lead magnet, the email goes into a Google Sheet...all good.One Zap sends them an email with some text and a link to the lead magnet…works fine. Second Zap sends the email address to Mailerlite…This used to work fine, but now the person is getting added to the wrong Subscriber Group in Mailerlite (Coaching List) and then two minutes later it is adding them to the correct Group (Personal).I had to turn off the automation for the Coaching List as it was sending welcome emails for this list in error…Is there some kind of hierarchy where Mailerlite might be sending EVERYONE to the Coaching List first?The Zap is definitely set up to send it to the right Group...guessing it is a Mailerlite glitch?Aaargh…. 

I have a Zap that runs a loop to pull an employee # from a csv file, call an API to get a value from the employee’s profile, and then I need to do a find/replace in the csv file to replace the employee old value with the new value. I can’t seem to be able to find a working solution that will pull in the csv file, then continue to update it until all records are updated. I keep getting stuck with the loop going back to replace the original csv file. In general, this is what my zap looks like where I’ve tried using Tables and Files. Any ideas? 

Hello Zapier Community.I am creating a Zap that updates Shopify inventory quantity from a Google Sheet. When building the Zap I noticed that it makes me create an extra step to search for products, but the only variant to search is product title. I can not use product title because my ERP system does not have my Shopify product titles stored. I need help with: I would like to run the search using my product or variant SKU. Is this possible? Thanks! 

I created a Zap to automate Pipedrive with Klaviyo. When I tested the Zap, it worked perfectly and pulled all the information correctly. However, when I turned it live, it doesn’t seem to work at all. There is no history – the only contacts that have come through are the tests we ran in Zapier.The Zap is on, and there are no errors. Has anyone experienced this (and found a solution)?

I just created a Zap and I checked the connections and there is connectivity to both the apps involved. However when I click on the Zap the steps and the menu items on the side bar don’t load. It seems like it got stuck in a loop or waiting for something to happen in the background as it just shows the outline of the steps and the other items menu items I mentioned above on the screen but not the contents inside them. It just shows as they are loading. I don’t remember exactly now but I think after created connections and added steps it never took me to the next step in the process. It behaved the same way when I hit ‘continue’ at the bottom. In other words it never finished what it was supposed to do when you add the steps and hit ‘continue’. Can someone tell me what would be the basic troubleshooting steps and/or if there is a way to get more info, like logs or something, to see what exactly is going on in the background.

I’ve set up a form on Leadpages which seems to be working fine and an automation that seems to be working fine on Sender as well. I’m thinking the issue is Zapier and Zapier not pulling fields on Sender. I’m sending new subscribers from Leadpages to Sender is the fields being pulled are “subscriber” and not “Name” or “email”. Is this supposed to happen? I know Leadpages is working but new subscribers are not reaching Sender.Here are two screenshots. First one shows the set up fro Sender which seems  straightforward. But in the 2nd screenshot for “configure” it only shows an option of one of my current subscribers’s emails (not shown for privacy). it doesnt show name or email to configure. Even when I choose just an email, it doesnt’ work.  I feel the issue for why the whole thing is not working is here. Can anyone help?  

Hello, I tried to create a workflow in two steps to upload an attachment from Gmail to Onedrive.I created a first trigger step (via Gmail, New Email Matching Search), that works fine, and a second action step to upload the attachment file (.exls) in a OneDrive folder, but I’m getting this error: “Error from halted execution”.If I replace OneDrive with Google Drive, it works just fine end the workflow uploads the attachment. Really appreciate any suggestions!   

I’m trying to add an all day event from my square invoice to my google calendar. sometimes i’ll get this error. i'm getting an error Required field "Start Date & Time" (start__dateTime) is missing. Required field "End Date & Time" (end__dateTime) is missing.. i do have all day marked as yes.

I am trying to have Zapier add a comment to an Asana task when a FreshService ticket with a matching INC# is updated.  My zap keeps erroring at the final step, saying that my text cannot be found. Why is the last public comment’s data not being found in step 1?

All of our Notion integrations started erroring today. I looks like the Zapier integration now only points to the unstructured part a Notion page, not finding the structured fields.
