Zapier - Zoho Creator integration failure on loading most recent records. How do I solve a desync between the two applications?

Zapier pulls in an out of date, inaccurate Record from our Zoho Creator’s Task archive:

The image below displays 3 records (all of which are the same) that are using an inaccurate data structure to the ACTUAL Task database in Zoho Creator. Specifically the structure of the Related Account field shows a Display Name. However in the next image, we show an Actual record that was pulled in via a LIVE test of the zap. So my questions are:
1. Why is Zapier not pulling the most recent records from the Tasks db as is stated in the text: “we will load up to 3 most recent records, that have not appeared previously”?
2. If I cannot load Actual records, Is there a way for me to Manually adjust the data to include the actual Related Account Field?
3. How would you solve this issue?

I needed to refresh the entire page before the new record could be passed to a joining node. Thank you for your help Troy Tessalone!

```I’ve added it as a test Record but the Outlook node, and all other conjoined nodes are still pulling in the previous Jane Doe record.
I’ve used the Refresh Fields Button but it does not update the data to the new record.
I’ve deleted the nodes and re-added them to no avail.
I’ve attempted using different exit nodes but they all pull in the Jane Doe record.```
