Will you add a trigger from Constant Contact when a campaign email recipient clicks thru and registers for an event?

Hi there @rodindy 👋

I did some checking and you’re not the only one that’s asked for a new Constant Contact trigger to run a Zap when someone registers for an event. So I’ve gone and added your vote to the existing feature request we’ve got open for that. We can’t give any sort of ETA as to when that trigger might be added by, but we’ll be sure to send you an email notification once it is.

In the meantime, if Constant Contact’s API supports that sort of webhook event, you could use Webhooks by Zapier for the trigger instead. It’s a more advanced app but we’ve got some guides on how to get it set up:

And if you give that a try and run into any issues just let us know, happy to help if you get stuck at all 🙂

Hi @rodindy

Feedback and feature requests can be submitted via a ticket to Zapier Support to be logged for consideration: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

@rodindy

What app is being used for the webinars?

Check the available Zap app integrations for the “Webinars” category: https://zapier.com/apps/categories/webinars

Hello @rodindy

Right now, the Constant Contact app in Zapier does not have a trigger for link clicks or for “clicked and then registered.” It only supports basic triggers like new contact, contact updated, or email opened.

If you need to act when someone clicks and registers, use the event or form tool (like Eventbrite, a form, or your landing page) as the Zap trigger instead, then send that data into Constant Contact or anywhere else you need. You can also use Webhooks by Zapier if your system can send a custom event
