I run lead gen campaigns zapping form data to google sheets. I often have multiple leads come in before a zap runs. When the zap runs, that batch of leads is zapped all at once, which is breaking a google sheet add-on I’m using. Is there a way to space out the batch of leads within a single zap instance by 5 seconds or something?

I have an existing csv file of approx 800 rows (user data...includes email addresses). I want to create a zap that auto-enrolls all those people in a Teachable course.  I know how to use Zapier to add someone to Teachabel when a new row gets added to a spreadsheet (say a Google sheet), but can't figure out how to structure the zap do a 1 time bulk add with every row in that spreadsheet. Any ideas for me? Is this possible?

I created a zap that --almost-- works perfectly. But…Custom fields I create with the Modern Events Calendar (MEC) plugin aren’t available to push to Constant Contact (CC)Custom fields I create in CC aren’t available as target zap options.MEC uses a NAME structure and CC uses FIRST NAME / MIDDLE / LAST NAMESo the best I can do is a hack - mush NAME incorrectly into something like MIDDLE and BOOKING EVENT TITLE into another random field like PREFIX NAME. Hence I’ll have to clean up the data later, making the zap kind of pointless.The goal being that users that register for an event in MEC populate either a particular list or can be segmented later in CC. So minimum success (above a hack) would be populating MEC’s EVENT TITLE into a custom field in CC.MEC does provide hooks (https://webnus.net/dox/modern-events-calendar/mec-hooks/) so there may be a plugin customization that works outside zapier?grateful for any insights! 

hi all, I am trying to set an integration between monday.com and linkedin to post through a zap on our company profile, I have setup the post itself on monday in a board - each post has its own row and setup a trigger if a status changes, then to trigger the post (so we schedule the posts automatically to go). But I cannot figure out how to tell zapier where to take the content from (the specific columns). Is there anyone who knows how to do it? Here are the pictures of what columns i want to use: Post Content, Preview / URL, picture, title - and the trigger is if column publish changes.. However I do not see those columns as options in the setup - am I doing something wrong? thanks for your help! Kristina

I am receiving an alert by email with big text, and I want to send only part of that text by SMS to a contact list by ClickSend and I would like to know if I am able to extrant only part of the original email to be re send because it is costing a lot if I re send all original message. Any ideas?Thank you!

Hello,We are trying to automatically communicate Woocommerce and Copper via Zapier.We have already set up some parameters, tags and custom fields as dropdown format in Copper that our zaps don't seem to convert properly.We want to fill a dropdown currency parameter on Copper consisting of EUR, USD, GBP or AUD.  Woo-commerce sends this information via the tag “Currency”, which is exactly EUR, USD, GBP, AUD. When we try to link the Copper parameter with the woocommerce export field, we get the 422 trouble error. This doesn’t happen if, instead of filling a dropdown parameter, we fill a plain text field. It is important for us to filter the currencies with a parameter, not a string.Any suggestion? Many thanks!

I have a Zap that triggers Formstack actions when a new Excel workbook is created in Dropbox.  I need to either:(1) figure out how to delete the workbook after the Zap is complete -- I don’t see an action option to do that either in Dropbox or in Excel(2) ask the Zap to trigger on an updated/modified workbook rather than a created one. Has anyone else tried to do this?  I currently have to manually delete the file before I trigger the zap.

I am just curious, is there a way for me to have emails I receive from someone in my crm, to automatically load that email to my crm and notify me?

I have created a zap so that when a lead comes in through Unbounce an order is created in WooCommerce. For every lead i want to include the same 3 items in each order (1 quantity of 3 different items). I have it set up so that it works well when there’s one item. How do I add the other 2? I am attempting to connect the GiveWp plugin to set up automation with Salesforce. When I go to set up the access to the GiveWP plugin, I enter the API information, but receive an error that says “authentication failed: The app returned “Invalid query.”. I am not sure where my issue would be. I have checked to ensure that the Zapier addon from GiveWP is installed correctly on my Wordpress site, and it shows that it is working properly.Thank you for your help!

Or any other place?CleanedRequest documentation mentions we could access the headers property, but trying to test this, I’ve only been able to get the body payload and a querystring property. Is it possible to have this validation on every webhook request received and accessing their header before proceeding to run the zap?

Hi,I have a zap where:Trigger: New moderation tag in InsidedAction: Lookup value in Google sheets to find which slack channel to send a message to. Action: Send Slack message to relevant channelThe zap works perfectly with 1 value. However, when I have multiple tags, the value comes out as “value 1, value 2”. As I only have columns for “Value 1” and “Value 2”, and not “value 1, value 2”, the lookup function cannot find the appropriate rows. Is there a way for me to do a Lookup and Contains as opposed to Exact Matches?Any thoughts?ThanksIlan

Hi all, I am running a FB lead ads campaign, and have connected FB to Intercom. We want that all the leads will be added to intercom with two tags: “FB-lead" as well as specify which city the person lives in. To know the city, I have added a question in the form, asking which of 3 cities the person lives in, along with email and name. I have set up a zap that will:Create a new user in intercom when a new lead is added Tag that user with “FB-lead” Custom tag “FB 1. City” However, when the leads are being added to intercom, the custom tag specifying the city doesnt seem to work. The tag itself is being added but it doesnt contain which of the three cities the lead have chosen in the FB form.  Anybody who have input on this, or how to solve it? Maybe there is another way to add a city-tag to the user? 

Looking to integrate my “Wix Form Builder” with Constant Contact. Basically, once someone fills out a form, I am wanting it to populate in Constant Contact. Is this possible? How would I do it? I see Wix Automation, and Wix Answers as options in Zapier, but those don’t look like the right Zaps?

I have Zap, that upon changing a category field called “Create Google Doc” to “Yes” from any other option such as “Not Created”, it creates Google doc using fields in the item and a template stored on Google Drive.  It hen does an update step to insert the link to the Google Doc into a filed titled “Google Doc Link” and updates the “Create Google Doc” category field “Yes” to “Created”. However, when the update item step runs and does what I am asking it do do for the “Google Doc Link” and the “Create Google Doc” fields - it also erases all the phone number and e-mail type of fields.  The previously existing values on those filed type just disappear. I notice in the Zap update item step, the phone type and email type are pre-populated with their original value even though I am not updating the related Phone number Email - leaving in the Zap. Any help would be appreciated.

I need to create a list with consecutive numbers. I.e.: I need the following values in one field: Value of a certain field + 1, Value of a certain field + 2, Value of a certain field + 3, Value of a certain field + 4 etc.So if the field has a value of 10 the results would be: 11, 12, 13, 14 etc.What’s the best way to get these numbers? I was wondering if the “Spreadsheet-style formula functions” or a Python script in Zapier would be the best way to do this. Thanks for help.

I have created a zap between Google calendar and Gmail, to email upcoming guests for my podcast 48 hours before the recording, providing them with some information.The calendar entry is populated from Calendly. The issue I have is that I have the the fields/info I need but have one problem with the name of the guest. The only place their name is added to the calendar entry is in the Title, but Calendly also adds in the title is the guests name plus my name, so it reads for example:“John Smith and Tony Winyard” When I setup the email on gmail to be sent to them, and start it with “Hi”, it then adds:“Hi John Smith and Tony Winyard”which is weird from the guests' perspective, as they’ll be wondering why I’m emailing myself! is there any way of filtering out my name from that result, so that it only adds their name, and ideally just their first name?
