testing a trigger

Hello,

When I am setting up a new zap and I test the trigger, it does not send any authentication information even though I have authenticated an account in the prior step. So when it goes to try to get some test data, I am not receiving any authentication information. Does anyone know why?

Thanks for reaching out- sorry you’re encountering this!

Take a look at this article regarding authentication issues. If those suggestions don’t do the trick, I suggest reaching out to our Support team here who can take a further look.
