Hi,What I’m trying to do :1 - Find an holiday event in Google Calendar the 11/01/2022 (1st of november). I’ve tried every format of date and every search term but I can’t seem to make it work, could someone help me to configure the action ? Ty very much.   

Zapier wont pull any time entires from any other users expect the user that is logged into zapier as the integration user.  Any way around this? In Clockify we are just using the Kiosk Feature.

I’m needing to create a Zap to put an image file (.jpg) into my Mailchimp file manager, triggered by a new file in Dropbox. Mailchimp supports this https://mailchimp.com/developer/marketing/api/file-manager-files/add-file/ but I can't figure out how it’s done in Zapier. 

Hi, I’m working on a Zap to create a new ticket in hubspot, but the set up action don’t appear and i cannot do my zap, It happens to someone else? We have some solutions?   

My work has a system set up to automatically create events on my Google calendar and I have a Calendly account that lets clients know when I can take calls. The problem is that the new calendar events that are generated are marked as “free” but I want them marked as “busy” so that Calendly tells clients I’m unavailable at that time.  I’ve tried multiple times but I can’t figure out how to set the Zap “action” to either 1) change the event that was just created to “busy” or even 2) change ALL my events on my calendar to “busy.” Either one would solve my problem and I don’t mind if all my events are set to “busy.” Anyone know how to do this?

Hi there ,I'm new to zapier and trying to transfer a webclipper-like note from evernote to a new note in OneNote.The transfer is done I select HTML content but when I open it in OneNote the text appears well but the images are marked unavailable with the cross.Do you have some advice for me?

Hello, Our ATS, OTYS said to us that there is a connection between Zapier and OTYS. I found a webinar on YouTube also. But when I want to make a Zap between Zapier and OTYS, I Can't find OTYS in the connections. How?

I am trying to return a date of March 1 of the next year unless today is earlier in the year than March15.So if today is 09/01/2022 then I would return 03/01/2023.If today is 02/01/2023 then I would also return 03/01/2023That means I can’t just increment the year by one year in all cases.I extracted the current month and current year in previous steps, then tried this spreadsheet formula:if(<current month> >= 3, "03/15/" &  <current year> + 1, "03/15/" & <current year>)The problem is, the formula blows up when concatenating a string and a number, and there seems to be no function to cast a number to a string (and it won’t do it automatically). And since spreadsheet formulas have no date functions, there seems to be no reasonable way to combine simple logic and date transformations.Questions:Is there some simpler way of approaching this (without code)? Hi there Zapier Community,I am trying to update quantities on my QBO invoice by updating the sales order in my Smartsheets system.Trigger: Smartsheet Update Row Action 1: I chose to use Zapier Formatter: Event “Utilities” → Transform “Line Itemizer” to identify the smartsheet data I want to make into a line item.I am unsure if I am programming the Line-item Properties properly - screenshot below I am also unsure how to properly program the output action. I think I need to use the Utilites output data widgets instead of the smartsheets data widgets?  Thank you!

Hi,I am attempting to use a Monday.com Item status change to trigger a folder being set up in Dropbox.  (I think I have gotten this far)  I would also like that folder to be created from a “folder template” that we have built. And for the file names to be updated depending on the name of the top line folder - which is determined by the Monday.com item name.   I am not sure this level of automation is possible.  If so, is there a video of the build process?  Thank you in advance for your brilliance. 

Hi there,  I am trying to add prospects (contacts and/or accounts, might need both) from Pipedrive that are in a specific point in the sales funnel (and further) to a blacklist in Apollo to not reach out to them again.I have understood that there is no sequencing integration for Apollo with Zapier at this moment, but that there is a list for people to be added to, in order to be informed about news - please add me to that, if possible! However, I wanted to understand, if it is possible to add contacts and/or accounts to a specific list in Apollo via Zapier, yet. If yes, I’d politely like to ask for help about that, because I can’t really figure out how that would work, as I have not yet seen any field that is about “lists”.

Im wondering when connecting a zap between our estimating software to our email for follow up emails a few days later. Knowing that it pulls the relevant example from the program to use for a test, does an actual follow up email get sent out to the example e-mail? For example, I set up a zap to send out a follow up email 3 days later after sending the estimate for landscaping work. But we had gotten a copy of the follow up email sent and it shows the test email (being one of our old prospects that didnt go with the work). Hope this makes sense. Thanks

We have a monthly subscription and we are looking to automate the process once a payment is successful in Stripe, it moves the client to the renew section in our opportunities. Has anyone had Highlevel build a custom Zapier for this or have any insight to how we can systemize this process? I’m testing out a zap, the intent is to take the information from a Hubspot form and create necessary records as a result (Business>Contact>Deal). *Deal is a custom object in our org, we don’t use Opportunities.What I am trying to figure out is if it is possible in the Zap to set up a path to check the submitted email on the Hubspot form against our Salesforce to see if it already exists.  We have set pretty strict duplicate rules and as a result, if the email already exists, I want to use that existing Contact/Business record to create the Deal in.  If it doesn’t exist then I want it to go ahead and create the business>contact>deal.

Hello, I have a Zap that pulls data from Trello cards and imports the into a Coda table. One of those pieces of data is a date. The Zap works perfectly, except I’ve discovered that in Trello if you choose the next day as your date, Trello formats it as “tomorrow,” as opposed to 9/15/2022, like it does for other days.  When that happens, the date is not transferring to Coda and, sometimes, nothing transfers when the Zap runs. I do not believe I can get Trello to not list dates that way. Can anyone think of way to adjust my zap to ingest “Tomorrow” into Coda?  Thanks in advance.

Multiple files are uploaded as a Zip file.However, my issue is that I want to avoid ‘All Attachments’ and try and split these individual files.For example, a Zip file may contain the PDF attachment that I want BUT then also all of the 3KB signature icons from the email. How can I just take the attachment that I want rather than ‘All Attachments’?@Danvers - does your comment relate to this?! Thank you!
