We’re trying out the Freshbooks and gmail automation, and I’d like to learn more about how can I send the actual invoice PDF using Gmail. For some reason, I can select to attach everything, except the actual pdf.

Can you posts detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured in order for us to have more context?

As Troy mentioned knowing which triggers and actions you’re working with and screenshots of your setup (with any personal details obscured) would be helpful! 🙂

If you’re using the “Create Invoice PDF” action in Freshbooks you should be able to map the file in the subsequent Gmail step though!
