Hey all,
Just curious if anyone has a marketing agency and they have been able to set up zapiers to automate their client renewal process in Highlevel. We have a monthly subscription and we are looking to automate the process once a payment is successful in Stripe, it moves the client to the renew section in our opportunities.
Has anyone had Highlevel build a custom Zapier for this or have any insight to how we can systemize this process? Please let me know!

As Troy mentioned you could potentially use the HighLevel API and Webhooks by Zapier if you’re comfortable! Here’s a few resources to get you started if you’d like to give that a shot:
Full transparency, this is usually considered a little more of an advanced approach so the support offered around this is a bit limited. That said, if you’d rather not fuss with it and prefer to hire someone you might consider looking into a Zapier Expert! There’s even a service that will match you to an Expert. Check that out here:
