Parsing emails - how to extract date email sent

I want to extract the date an email was sent from the email header, not from the body text.  How do I do this?  I don’t want the date the mailbox was set up, I want the date of the email I am parsing itself.Can anyone advise please?

HI, I’me looking to be able to create a folder in onedrive, share the folder (anyone with link) and the send the link.  I can see that I can create a folder and it returns a URL but how do I change permissions on that to “Anyone with link” or public ? Cheers

Signrequest account is expired and I can't reconned

Hello, I have an error about Signrequest account connection.The Zap that uses signrequest was active for several months and nothing changed until a week ago it stopped completing its zaps. Nothing changed on our end.Everytime when I try to connect my Signrequest account, Zapier send the following message "This account is expired. Please reconnect it here."I deleted the account and re-added it but still the same issue occurs.Would love to get some help here on how to solve the issue.

I am trying to setup a scan to google drive zap.  All emails from the scanner produce a PDF document, scanning will auto email to the scan gmail account, need the zap to upload the PDF from email to a specific folder on the google drive of this same account searched for shared zaps that I could just modify, however I cannot locate shared zaps either.

Hi! I’ve built out a zap with paths that I was creating for another company who hired me for some CRM integration help. Now I’m seeing I can’t seem to share it without turning it on first. I can’t turn it on because I can’t afford professional pricing.  Is there no way to share a zap without first turning it on?

Automate Creation of new Slack Workspace

Hi there - I don’t see the option to do this in the Zap so this may be a dumb question. I am trying to create a new Slack workspace (not a channel) when a Salesforce opportunity is created. Is this possible? Am I not seeing this task option because I might not have the right permissions on my Slack account? Thanks in advance for your help.

Google Sheets update HubSpot Contact Record then Trigger Workflow

I am creating a zap to push a tracking number from our shipping software into a field in Hubspot, when that record is updated a workflow in hubspot will trigger. We are dropping the customers shipping record into google sheets and plan to have the zap trigger when a new worksheet is created. We have everything setup. The question is how to update the HS record with the tracking number before the HS workflow is triggered. When you get to the action step in the zap “Create or Update Contact in Hubspot”, it is asking for the contact email for which a dropdown is there relating to the google sheet. I am not sure what to put in here?

Hi all,I’m using Zapier to integrate HubSpot CRM and Pipedrive. I’m currently working on a Zap that triggers from a new deal in HubSpot to create a new deal in Pipedrive. I am also trying to create and associate companies and contacts that are attached to the deal in HubSpot in Pipedrive.Everything works great as long as there are 1:1:1 relationships between the objects, but a problem arises when there are multiple contacts associated with the deal in HubSpot. In order to get the HubSpot contact data to create a Pipedrive person, I’m using a Zap step to Find Associations in HubSpot, which gives me the following output:deal_to_contact0: 808917511: 108876301These are IDs of contact records in a HubSpot account, so it’s giving me the information I want. However, if I try to use this output in the step to GET the contact record, the request includes both IDs, formatted as “80891751,108876301”. Because HubSpot is expecting only one string of numbers for an ID, it errors , doesn’t get any re

i cant get zendesk to work with air-table triggers.

i have airtable running and am pretty scrpted in how it works its zaped together with zendesk so i can embed the form you can create on airtable to make a record. Yet, if i test run it works fine transfering the new record to zendesk, but if i fill out the form nothing… it dosen’t send anything to zendesk its like its not triggering.

Date time format issue in SQL Server

Hi allFirst time posting so hopefully I provide enough information. I’ve searched through the posts and found various date/time format issues but still haven’t been able to resolve my issue.I have a google form which when completed updates a google sheet. New rows added to this sheet are then sent to create a new row in a database table in our SQL Server.Column A is a timestamp in Date time format showing as DD/MM/YYYY HH:mm:ss. The Data Out is showing this format correctly.In the SQL Server step the Data In is still showing this format e.g.11/11/2020 11:55:57However the Data Out is showing it in format:2020-11-11T11:55:57-08:00I’ve tried adding a Formatter by Zapier step but this hasn’t helped. In this step it is showing correct data in and correct format out.It seems to be changed during the SQL Server step but I can’t identify why. Can anybody shed some light?Thanks in advance, help much appreciated.

Import orders to woocommerce from google sheets

Hi,I would like to be able to enter some customer orders that arrive by phone to google sheets and that a zap automatically generates an order in woocommerce with the same data and products, quantities etc. This is because entering an order to woocommerce manually is much slower than entering rows in google sheets.For this I made a zap that every time a new row was created in google sheets an order would be generated in woocommerce with the corresponding data. However in the "customize order" part it only gives me the option to put a "line item" no more. In this way I do not know how to make a zap that I import an order with several different products. When I tried to put the products in different rows as happens when one imports orders from woocommerce to google sheets, I entered an order to woocommerce for each new product that I put in the same order, still repeating the order id in all the rows.What could be done to import orders with several different products from google sheets t

Multiple outputs using formatter

Hi. I am working on a flow, where I import some data from my Shopify store of certain specs from my customers for a specific product design. For right know, i’m manually sending these data from my Shopify to my supplier. I would like to send these automatic using a Zapier workflow, but I have a hard time figuring out the correct workflow. I have been using the formatter → pick from table in my initial try, but this will become a very long flow as there is up to 7 input points and then I have to add a “pick from table” for each input right? (unless i have misunderstood something) Is there a way to pick multiple inputs and then convert all of them to individually outputs?  In this example i would like to choose input 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9:Thank you in advance!

Creating payment in Xero

Hi, I have created a zap that links a gravity form payment to Xero, and it all works well. I’ve tried to add a an additional Xero stage that creates a payment for that invoice, so they’ll be marked as paid in Xero. It just doesn't seem to work, and I think the issue is the Document ID or Number in that final stage.I’m not sure what it’s referring to and have tried pretty much everything. I’ve selected the invoice numbers in the first stage are created automatically. When i test it I receive a Validation Exception Notice - invoice cannot be found. Any ideas? thanks for you help!

I have searched around the forums but can’t seem to find an answer.   I am doing a zap between phonesites (landing page funnels)  >Zapier> BombBomb when I connect up to phonesites.  I see all the fields exposed on that side. (Email, First name, Lastname, Phone Number, Home Address, Misc Infor, etc...)  When I get to the step of moving the lead record from phonesites over to BombBomb I am only seeing one field.  Now,  I am not sure if this makes a difference or not but I am choosing to move the data into a Contact List rather than just a contact record. Does this matter?  Should I not be able to The Email address is the only field that I am able to push data through.

Airtable form > Zapier > Listing on Webflow site (with multiple choice questions)

HI all, I’m hoping someone can help. I’ve created a signup form with Airtable and embedded it on my webflow site. I’ve added a zap so that when a new user signs up my CMS “listings” in webflow is automatically populated. What I can’t get to work are the two multiple choice fields for categories and cities. Can any help with this or is there a workaround? Thanks in advance Charlie

Update Contact - Zapier expected ")' or ','

I have a zap from mailchimp to dynamics CRM, which creates any new subscibers in our CRM database and a return zap with the GUID for the contact. All ok so far!However, when I try to use the GUID to identify and update that CRM record later, I get an error that says zapier expected to find “)’ or ‘,’ in the contacts GUID. Can anyone shed any light on why I am encoutering this issue and what I can do to fix it please? Many thanks, Kerry
