How do I download past transactions?

Hi @cynthia2156! I’m not familiar with NationBuilder, but if you mean that you’d like your Zap to trigger from information that’s already in NationBuilder or QuickBooks then that wont be possible. 

Zapier only sends data from your trigger app that was created after turning the Zap on. So your Zap will not be able to see data that was created before your Zap was turned on. If you’d like to trigger on existing records or import existing data, there's a workaround you can use.

If you’re trying to do something else, like finding an invoice in QuickBooks when you get a new donation in NationBuilder then that is possible. If you could explain what you’re trying to do in a format like ‘When X happens in NationBuilder I want Y to happen in QuickBooks then we can see if there’s a way to do that with Zapier 🙂
