SQL Trigger to generate SQL query and save output to Amazon S3 to be emailed

Hello everybody. I am new to Zapier and would like to create the following workflow: 1) I want to regularly check if report is ready to send.So: Trigger: New or updated row in MySQL. Let's say trigger noticed the report number 100 is ready. 2)  Then I am querying SQL select * from x where project_id= {{project_id. }} (variable). 3)  Then I would like to save output of SQL query to S3.  4) Then  I want to send an email  with a link to S3.  Is it doable in Zapier?

Salesforce - Account Fields - Connecting to Airtable

Hi Zap crew, I have a quick question about a Salesforce integration - I am able to do this in Integromat, but as I paid for Zapier would love to do it here too - I want to connect Airtable to Salesforce and update a text field. The problem I have is that when I click Account within the Zap, I want the Account Fields not the actual accounts - does that make sense? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Matt

PandaDoc payments and quickbooks Sales Receipts

Hello Everyone,In case that the payment amount did not go through my bank account and it is “DECLINED”, how can I avoid that the invoice/receipt is sent to my customer? This is the workflow, my customers pay online using PandaDoc payments add-on, then it is automatically sent to Quickbooks. Then, the zap creates a new customer profile or finds it, then creates a receipt, then the zap sends the receipt to my clients’ email.This is the outline, Quickbooks is sending the receipts automatically even though they are declined. Please heeelppppp!!! Best regards,

How does Zapier create new records in Salesforce?

I have several zaps connecting from FB/Instagram to salesforce through zapier, but i dont know how it actually works. Does Zapier connects to an API to create a lead (like other sources do like a webform) or it uses the account setup in the salesforce connection and adds a new row in the leads table with the fields configured in the zap?I havent been able to identify if it uses an api or where to change that.My company is changing the api that all our systems use to connect to salesforce (with new fields that need to be part of the request for example), but i dont know if i need to do anything on zapier for this to be alligned too.

Does anyone know how to get around the problem of a zap-step not handling a file because of a space in the filename?Our automation is attempting to add uploaded images to our social media channels but regularly fails when user attach files with spaces to their online forms. the message in the  zapier step mentions “Invalid image url parameter supplied”ThanksJ

Assign Leads to different names from a list in Google Chat Group

Hi,I am setting up a leads zap where the leads would be distributed to five different people in a google chat group. Every time the leads come in, I would like to assign, in chronological order, from a list of five names to that particular lead. So far I have tried using the Pick from a List under utilities but have found only options to choose first, last or random. I tried looking for the custom value option where I can use a formula to choose names but haven’t found it so far. Any guidelines or any other way to set this up, would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Using Typeform to display recommended products on Shopify

Hi,I see there was a similar question asked here, but said I would ask my own with as much detail as I can.I got my idea from Dollar Shave Club where they have a get started section, asking users a set of questions and then displaying recommended products based on the users responses.Is there something similar that can be done using typeform on a shopify store? I was able to embed the typeform to my store but when it is filled out the information is sent to my typeform account. But what I am looking for is when a user finishes the form they will be brought to a new page and be shown a list of products based on the users answers.I would imagine each answer would contain a tag and all the tags would be used to filter the products shown to the user. For example;I have a coffee machine product in my store with a tag “coffee_machine” and then another product, a tea pot that has the tag “teapot”.I would have a typeform with a single yes/no question, “Do you like coffee?”If answered yes the t

Contact form with several emails addresses

Hey guys,First of all, I’m a newbie here so I hope the question will make sense. A client wish to have a contact form where upond the request we can redirect the sender to the right email address. For example, for General Inquiries, send email here ; for Sale enquiries, send email here; etc etcThe trick is the client doesn’t want the emails to be visible in any ways hence the idea to use a contact form. A contact suggests to me it might be something I could do through Zapier but I honestly never used Zapier before. Slack Workflow Builder: Push Message to Zapier function shows only one Zap

I love the “Push Message to Zapier” option and I use it to push Slack messages to my To-Do list on Trello (and recently, Notion). It works like a charm BUT I now created 2 additional Zaps for different Trello boards, but the “Push to Zapier” command in Slack always only shows the last Zap I created. Also tried distributing the Zaps into different folders but it only ever shows one folder and the latest Zap. When I move the latest Zap into another folder, only the folder name updates in the command. Slack dialogueZapier overview ..is this a paid feature?Any help appreciated!

I have issues with setting up my zap LinkedIn Lead Gen form - Zoom. When i set up the action Country/region (required) and i test the test it i receive an error on the Country/region action. The information has been pulled from LinkedIn and the test information is shown when choosing the action - but it wont through the test.How come is that?

Not sure how to phrase this, so I’ll describe the scenario:I have a scheduled Zap, running weekly there’s no external input data involved I use the {{zap_meta_utc_iso}} global variable as a starting date A later step is supposed to send future timestamps, counted from this starting point (today +1d, today +2d etc) e.g. today is 2021-05-12T11:34:10+02:00 and I need multiple items/ variables I can use in later Actions, e.g. day1: 2021-05-12T11:34:10+02:00day2: 2021-05-13T11:34:10+02:00day3: 2021-05-14T11:34:10+02:00day4: 2021-05-15T11:34:10+02:00day5: 2021-05-16T11:34:10+02:00day6: 2021-05-17T11:34:10+02:00day7: 2021-05-18T11:34:10+02:00 What I *could* do is using individual “Formatter” steps, each using a “Add/Subtract time” action with a “{{iso}} +1d”, “{{iso}} +2d” etc. notation ad nauseam.But this look ridiculously inefficient, and I bet there’s easier solutions out there (don’t let me down, Internet People!) Any ideas? I’ll take line items, custom code, pretty much any kind of unor

Zapier transfers data from WooCommerce to Quickbase

Hi community, I have a question on a Zap transferring data from WooCommerce to QuickBase. This morning I found that latest test triggers (new orders) were not triggering the zap to create such records in the QuickBase app as wanted. Then I found the test triggers and had to manually retest and continue them step by step and then the records are created in QuickBase again. What is the reason for that? How can I improve the performance of Zapier?I have like 18 steps including creating loop and splitting data, could that be a reason?  Thanks,Davy

Hi, The api test is green but when I click the link in slack to the post in discourse, I get the error  "Oops! That page doesn’t exist or is private." so then I have to open a new tab and go from there to search for the post.  What am I missing for these links to take me directly to the post?

Need to Choose from List based on Name

Hey all! I have a unique situation. In my CRM, I create documents for my real esate business. We have 4 main documents that I want to send to SignNow- Purchase Agreement, Inbound Deed, Sales Agreement and Outbound Deeds. I’m looking to Zap those documents over to Sign Now. When the documents get sent out of my CRM (Pebble), it is seperate document URLS and it looks like this…in this example I want to send the document that contains “purchase agreement” or the word “Purchase” is fine too.  How do I set it up so I can choose the right file URL to send a purchase agreement from my CRMto Sign Now? THANK YOU!!

Hello! I’m new to Zapier, amazing tool! I guess this task shouldn’t be that hard, but I’m struggling to find a solution:I have an MS Excel file in my Onedrive which contains rows from a booking system.In the Excel file, there is a specific cell that contains the number of booked days this month.All I would like to do is that on a regular basis, say every Monday, send a simple e-mail containing:A subject (text) Some text The content of the cell from the Exceldocument in Onedrive.It could basically look like:Hello! The number of booked days is as of today: [cell content]I have found ways of sending an email when something is updated in the Excel document, but that would be far to often. I simply want to schedule the e-mail, but still include the value from the Excel cell.Any suggestions? Best regards,Martin

Problem integrating Airtable with Mailjet

I am integrating Airtable with Mailjet to import Contact Properties. The Airtable actions are set up and tested and check out just fine. The problem is that in the Mailjet portion of my Zap, the Setup fields are all showing the data imported from Airtable, but then when I go to Test action in the Mailjet portion of the Zap, the fields are all empty. It makes no sense to me how the data appears in Setup, but in Test it is all missing.

Zap turns off and won't turn back on

We have a Zap that turned itself off a few weeks ago, probably because of errors it was hitting. We resolved the issue causing the error, and are trying to turn it back on. We do, and it turns on within the editor, but once you refresh the editor page it’s back to “OFF.” We’ve checked all steps are GREEN, and all accounts for each app are connected.  I’ve tried to submit support tickets but haven’t even gotten acknowledgment that we’ve opened a ticket.

Automation: Create a Deal when a jotform submission is completeProblem: Contact ID - Contact Does Not Exist.Already created an automation prior to this to create a contact when the form is submitted, but am unsure what to put for Contact ID Field. Pulling the Contact Name from Jotform (which exists in AC due to first automation) keeps giving error that contact does not exist?
