Count form submissions that were added to Mailchimp audience to add to Webflow site

I want a counter to show how many form submissions have been made. Each form submission is currently added to a Mail Chimp audience. Can I utilise this to give me a usable number to create a counter on my Webflow site?

Hi @TR Hughes,

Thanks for the question! I'm not seeing a count members of audience type action for Mailchimp: https://zapier.com/apps/mailchimp/integrations#triggers-and-actions

You may be able to add a Google Sheets step to the Zap eg. Add New Row to have a document with all the submissions made from the Zap.  That wouldn’t give you a counted number though 🤔

Another idea is to try using Storage by Zapier: https://zapier.com/apps/storage/help that would give you an incremental counter feature. See here: https://zapier.com/help/doc/how-get-started-storage-zapier#example-use-counting-triggers

Hope that helps!

Hi MarinaH

Thanks for the reply - the Storage looks like it could be the solution. Is this something I add to the existing Zap?

Hi @TR Hughes,

Yes, you could add the Increment Storage action into your existing Zap. Depending on your workflow, you would need another Zap with a scheduled trigger (Schedule by Zapier) to Get the Value.

The suggested steps are described here: https://zapier.com/help/doc/how-get-started-storage-zapier#example-use-counting-triggers 👍

I’m kind of new to Zaps but I will give it a go. Thanks for your input, super appreciated.
