Firebase/Zapier not finding recent records
Hello, I reported this issue to support but it is jut not working for me that they answes after several hours and that the initial response doesn’t even make sense. I have a Zap to bring data from Firebase but it is not finding recent records. I saw someone else posted the issue but there was no real guidance on this. The only thing the documentation mentions is this: our records need to be ordered lexicographically or by priority so new records appear at the top.A simple way to accomplish this is by calling setWithPriority and using Firebase.ServerValue.TIMESTAMP to order by timestamp.But that’s not helping either.Any guidance on this? Insert custom fields from Intercom conversation to Salesforce Case object
Hi guys, I have a question about inserting custom fields from Intercom conversation into a Case object in Salesforce. My scenario is: in the Intercom chat it’s possible to fill some custom fields in a bot path, but this doesn’t happen all the time. If I configure Zapier to create a Case record with those fields what will happen if those fields don’t come in the Intercom conversation record?

Connecting to an external API
I am in the process of seeing what my best option will be for a form on my website that will connect to an API and then put that information into an application. I have all of the API documentation. The problem is I am not seeing where I can create a “custom” webhook so when the prospect clicks on the “submit” button on the form it triggers the API and puts that data into my application.
POST Webhook action - how to send location field to Wix in the correct format
By some amazing miracle (I’m still not quite sure how I’ve done it!), I have managed to get a Zapier to send a new record from a Google Sheet to a Wix database using a Webhook Post.The only problem is that the location field which contains city and country name is not being recognised as a location and so I have to manually go in and convert the field value to be a location, which kind of defeats the object of the automation. Is there anything I could do in Zapier to send the location through in the right format for it to be recognised. Another slight wrinkle is the location is a city location rather than a full address, so it’s Bilbao, Spain. Once I convert it manually in Wix, it is recognised perfectly. From what I can see, it is because the field needs to be provided as a JSON but I’ve hit the limit of my knowledge there. Any help would be gratefully received.

Good Morning, We are building an automated report in a private github repository that gives us projected sales. We do not want to connect to our database within github for privacy reasons, so we want to:send a file (csv) to a designated gmail account, and then copy the file into our github repository. We want to produce a new report daily so we will automate a new email being sent daily and then the file that it is being written to be replaced (written-over) by the new file. We have the data being sent to an email already, we are looking for guidance with copying the data from the email to the repository daily. If anyone has any guidance or recommendations that would be much appreciated ! Thank you all for the help, I am still a novice when it comes to making my own Zaps.
How to know what fields are available on action?
I would like to know what fields are available in various integrations. For example what profile information can I supply in an action to add a Gsuite user? This is the same question as:However, the answer given requires setting up an account with admin privileges and generating an API key. I would like to know if the integration is even feasible before doing this. There is a reference to in the answer to the above question about API documentation that “generally” has this information. Can someone point me to this documentation or provide another mechanism for determining available fields that does not require setting up api keys? Thanks

Cannot select Issue Type in Jira Software Cloud
Hello all, I am looking to setup a Google Form <> Jira integration whereby when a G Form is submitted it, an issue is created in Jira in a specific project. I have done this on past projects but a new one I am setting up, I get the following: I looked on Jira and do not believe there are any undefined issue types, as have the normal issue types of Bug, Story, Task, etc. Has anyone come across this before? Creating Zap to create new calendar event or add to existing one based on date match
New user, I’m creating Google Calendar events based on new rows in my Google Sheets. I am creating appointments at doctor’s offices. The variables are number of offices and number of patients. There are 3 possibilities:One event (office) that day and one patient - This is straightforward One event (office) and multiple patients - I want to create a Zap that will add certain information (Name, DOB) to an already existing event (office) based on matching Date and Doctor Two events (offices) with multiple patients - Create a zap that would be able to recognize when to create a new event versus adding data to an already existing event.Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated!
Monday.com item creation through Gmail
I have created a Zap to create an item in one of my boards in Monday.com everytime I receive a certain type of email. I was able to do this successfully, however I'd like the content of the email to be split up and populate in different columns of my board.For example: The Zap is triggered when an email comes through saying “New Alert for Customer X”The body of the email contains the following:details of the alert Customer Name Customer Phone number Customer Email Customer AddressIs there any way to separate that into the respective columns in my Monday.com board? Ideally the item name would be the customer name, the details would be in notes, and so on. As of now I can only seem to but the entire body of the email in the notes section, which gets tricky to read, especially in the app version.I’m also wondering if there’s a possible work around by first having it populate and separate in Google Sheets? And from there go to Monday.com?
Eventbrite to Salesforce - error message
hello!Trying to push eventbrite attendee registration into Salesforce. We capture this in a custom “participant” object. A very simple object with only three look up fields which ultimately creates a list of attendees on a related Case/Service object which captures the event itself. 1 event, many participants. Participant record and related service record screen shot below. As you can see- the Service number is the field that ties these two objects together. Zap currently set up to Trigger- new attendee registers in eventbrite Action- find records in salesforce- Action successfully finds correct event record in salesforce related to attendee registration - no error. …but when I try to link a participant record to that event, I get an error…Action - create record in salesforce- I linked the service/case number field through step 2. It shows up with correct service number in the preview- populated from testing step 2. But then I get the error screen shot at the bottom when zap is t
Automate Email to Shopify Vendors once order cutoff time reached
Hi Zapier Community, I have an online Shopify store that lists entirely other people’s products. These products are made to order and there is a cutoff time for ordering before delivery/pickup. Right now, I am having to receive the orders, group them, and then manually send out orders to the vendors, but I would like to automate this process using Zapier. What’s the best way to set this up? Or is it even possible to do this using Zapier? Shopify does produce a “vendor” output, so I had thought about doing something like an IF “vendor”, THEN “vendor email” condition, and then forwarding the order. Or, less ideally, I thought about having a Google Sheet with running order totals for each company, that I could use to populate emails after the order cutoff. However, I have 100+ vendors, and we’re adding all the time. Is there a way to make that process easier than adding a new condition for every new vendor?
Todoist Task Descriptions field
Todoist has task descriptions in public beta now about to be released publicly any day now. I emailed to Zapier support to let them know and tweeted to Todoist because this would be great to get the Zaps updated to include this feature.Until then, anyone have a workaround? Todoist already supports this in their API but I don’t know how to code something complicated when this should eventually come to Zapier as an official thing. Just also don’t want to wait for whenever that may be.
Sending Data from MYSQL to Zoho books
Hello, I want to integrate zoho books with my database which is in MySQL. I tried using zapier. First suggest me that i’m thinking in a right way or not. My approach is I created a function in my database which will create an item in my DB and I also added a trigger in zap for the same table and i configured an action for zoho books to create an item. When i’m inserting a new row into my table then the error ocurrs that SKU is not returned. I understand the zoho book items require a new SKU for each item. I’m stuck at how i’ll create a new SKU for each and every item whenever i’m inserting in my database. Please help THanks in advance
