I am trying to create a zap that will connect to Monday. The information is coming from Wix pricing Plans. I am trying to pull in some “additional information” fields that we created but they are not populating. Has anyone experienced this/have a resolution?

For us to have more context, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode.

the “additional information” is coming from Wix. I am not able to find those fields in Zap to pull data from

Options to explore…

Try asking Wix Support for guidance on their app and how data is sent to webhooks, which is what Zapier uses.

Try a Wix Automation with a Webhook action: https://support.wix.com/en/article/wix-automations-getting-started

Zap trigger: Webhook - Catch Hook

This will generate a unique webhook URL to configure in the Wix Automation action step.
