In a podcast by Hubspot (https://www.daphnelopes.com/podcast/, S02 #8), they are explaining how they automated their business reviews. Using Workato, this is their workflow:
- An employee triggers the automation by typing a command in Slack (e.g. \businessreviewwcustomerid])
- A Google Slides and Google Sheets copy is made from a template
- Data (from a specific client and specific time frame) is retrieved from data warehouse Snowflake
- Data is populated in the Google Sheet, where pre-built graphs are filled in
- Data is inserted in Google Slides template
- Text and Image tokens are replaced
- Google Sheets&Slides are renamed and assigned to owner
- Documents are sent to employee through Slack and email
We also use Slack, Google and Snowflake, but we have Zapier instead of Workato. I have been trying to find out if this workflow is possible in Zapier for almost 2 months now - but I just can’t figure it out. If additionally any Python programming is needed, that’s no problem.
Can someone help me?
