Hey folks who use Zapier, RelevanceAI, I build a flow in zapier that uses a RelevanceAI tool. The tool works in isolation in RelevanceAI but gets timed out when triggered from Zapier. Any idea how i can fix this?

Unfortunately there is no way to fix that, Zapier expects the response from the app in 30 seconds to 1 min. Maybe try to reduce that time?

Is there an API route alternative for this? If yes, how do i set that up?

There definitely is, but instead of that, I would suggest you check your Tool in RelevanceAI and make sure it is setup correctly and would be finished in 30 seconds or less. If not, then maybe divide it into several smaller tools. If not possible, then you can check their API documentation here
