Hi! I want to achieve the following. I have a RSS-feed. Every time I open the URL it changes content so I can't use the check for new content at the beginning. I want a random item from the RSS-feed, which hasn't been used earlier, to create a WordPress post from it. How can I get just one value from the feed, checks that, if it hasn't been used continue to create a post and if it is used go back and pick another value from the feed and do the same check over and over as long as there are no more items to check. I want a new WordPress post every hour. Can someone help me explaining this? I also have Airtable.

I might have a problem with the Trigger from Stripe “New subscription” i don’t know why but all the paiement even if it’s paid goes into the status of Incomplete.Here an exemple..Do u know why i get that ? We have a challenge with our online bookings form which integrates with Zapier and we hope the community can help with this.we receive bookings via phone calls, emails and online booking forms. All bookings are recorded in Google Sheets Each booking is assigned a unique booking ID which is alphanumeric eg. ABC230101 We would like all bookings received from the online booking forms to automatically generate the next booking ID in the sequence i.e. ABC230102 and populate Column B in our Google Sheet. We’ve looked at Formatter and Storage by Zapier however, none of these are working for us. With Formatter, we tried the INDIRECT function from Excel/Google Sheets however, it seems this is an unknown function for Zapier.Any help in resolving this would be much appreciated.
How much info can Zapier access from eBay integration? How well can it transfer data to Google Sheets?
Hello, I’m looking for a method to move information from eBay sales to my personal sales spreadsheet more quickly. The info I’ve been manually moving/inputting into my spreadsheet is the following: Date of sale, sale price +shipping, cost of shipping label, final value fees, promoted listing ad fees (if applicable), and buyer username.I haven’t had much of an issue with copy and pasting this info manually each night when purchasing shipping labels, but the issue has gotten worse overtime. The shipping label page doesn’t contain final value fees or ad fees numbers, meaning I have to navigate and scroll through multiple tabs to grab all the numbers I need for a given order. I’m wondering if Zapier could pull all these numbers from an order automatically? And how well does Zapier play with existing spreadsheets, could I give it rules that tell it where to place what?Thanks for any advice on the subject.
I’ve setup a Zap to check a Dropbox folder for new files.Then the file name of the file is inserted into a Google Sheet. Now I need to figure out how to automatically have columns from the preview rows used for the new row.
Hi!I am new to Zapier and am using it to transfer data fields from Zoho forms to a google sheet file. 10 different people are simultaniously creating forms, which are then being Zapped over to Google Sheets. My question is how can I easily see how many forms have been created each day (each individual form can also be counted as a Zap or row in G sheets)? Ideally, a report should be zapped out every morning via mail/slack to me and my team. I’m sure this shouldn’t be a problem, but can’t find any information…. Thanks for any help!
I have a zap getting all the records from salesforce meeting some conditions. I´d like to sum the amount arising from one field in those records. I´ve been able to capture the different lines with formatter and spreadsheet-style formula but It seems I can´t sum the output from my previous steptried several options but none of them have worked. Any suggestion?

Hello,I am facing an issue regarding a zap that will detect an incoming mail in Gmail that have multiple attachments (3) and will zip them and upload them in a Google Drive folder.The zap is configured with the followings : Trigger: App: GMAIL Event: New Email Matching Search Account and Search String correctly set => The trigger is tested successfully, I can see a sample of a mail found with the search string showing all 3 attachments.Action: App: Google Drive Event: Upload File Account and folder correctly set For the file, as mentionned in the help, I have separated them with a comma and a space to send all at once. This should compress them into a single .ZIP file for uploading: => The trigger is tested successfully. However, only the first file is uploaded in the folder of the drive, correctly named. I expected a zip file containing all 3 attachments.I tried different things as set up but none of them gave me the expected result.Can you help me with this? Thanks in adv
Hi,I’ll start by saying that I saw several answers about this issue in the Zapier community, alas my problem has not been solved yet. I’m trying to zap a Google Forms file with a Templated Google Docs file.I’m using a team G-suite.and I’m certain that I created the template file correctly, Nonetheless - when I’m about to locate my file I have no results to choose from: and if I’m adding a Search Step, and looking for the folder in which the template file is located in, in the section of the Document Name (in which, I figure, that I’m suppose to insert the template name) instead of having normal options, I’m getting a dropdown with the trigger columns, like this: That’s very odd, and at this point I don’t really know if I’m doing anything wrong. The solutions I read in the Zapier community that I tried so far with no help at all:Moving the temp file to the general root folder or a sub-folder - neither worked. Hey ThereSo basically I have created a booking websites using woocommerce and yith booking plugin and I am using zapier to send order date from woocommerce to zoho books when anyone places an order on or makes a booking on my website the issue I have is when setting up the action I can see that zapier pulls all kind of data from woocommerce related to the booking and the order but there is one thing missing which is for which date the customer have made the booking so I want to know is there any way around it?
Hello,I have a list of text items that I would like to loop through to create 2 outputs. One array that contains the unique items in the list, and another that contains the occurrences of those items. I am trying to create an Invoice in Quickbooks and I want the invoice to have the item and the quantity, instead of a duplicate item over and over again with a quantity of 1. Thanks in advance!
