I guess it is possible to collect all information from the customer and once that I have it get back and let him know the cost of the service, If the customer accepts proceed to payment platform

Is it that you’re looking to build a form to capture a client’s requirements, then send them a quote, which if accepted then they’ll be sent a link or details to make payment?
Can you give us a bit more context by sharing some further details on the desired workflow here and what apps would need to be involved? For example, how are you collecting the information, is it over email or by a form? Would you be generating the quote yourself or is this need to be automated? How do they accept the quote do they reply to an email or sign a pdf etc.?
Any specific requirements you have for the workflow you’re wanting to create would be super useful to know too.
