I have built a zap that uploads video to YT the second a video is uploaded automatically to the Zoom cloud. it seems to work on short videos but if it's longer than an hour i think it doesn't work, the error says: The app returned "Media type 'application/zip' is not supported.". even though I see there’s still a link in zoom that downloads the whole video mp4 not zip.

Hey I don’t have the premium account so I can’t use multi step processes, so in my case it doesn’t help but no big deal

Hi @Liron

Help links for using YouTube in Zaps: https://zapier.com/apps/youtube/help

Try using CloudConvert to compress the videos before uploading to YouTube: https://zapier.com/apps/cloudconvert/integrations#triggers-and-actions

For us to have more context, post these screenshots:

  • How your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode
  • The encountered error

Hi @Liron 👋

How are things progressing on this? Did using CloudConvert to compress the videos as Troy suggested help to resolve the errors?

Keen to help get things up and running so let us know whether you’re still running into any trouble on this!
