How does zap take values for multiple line items? any sample zap that I can refer? please help. I have a HubSpot deal:line item#1 product1, price1, qty1line item#2 product2,price 2, qty2 How can I take this data and create MULTIPLE line items inside of quickbooks commerce? I am getting an error when I try to place multiple lines as a list inside of the line items required field. I need to be able to create a qb commerce sales order with more than a single line item.
Hey, I’m looking for a solution to have a Zap trigger based on the value of a cell in Google Spreadsheet. I have a column that calculates percentages. It’s a simple formula where it just divides a value with another. Example =E2/D2. Is there any way I can get a Zap working so that it sends an email notification when that value in the cell reaches 90%? Thank you in advance!
Workflow:Jotform entry submitted > New Row in Google Sheet updatedI would like to then create a Statement with this information. We currently, manually copy the sheet and plug in the data. What would be the best way to do this through Zapier?When new row is created or updated > Create copy of template > Rename template > Insert Data from Sheet A (Jotform answers) into Sheet B (new copy of template) I am open to other solutions. What is important is to be able to manually update the new copy manually if needed in the future.
Zapier connects our SlyBroadcast and Jungo/Salesforce and it works just fine sending a voicemail one at a time and groups. We want a Zap workflow that will trigger/send voicemails to Clients during their mortgage loan process, eg: “Clear to Close.” I have yet to find a way to make this happen. Anyone have suggestions or link to video/instructions?
Hello there, yesterday, I’ve setup a zap to create a new record in Airtable for new files uploaded to Google Drive. Then I’ve uploaded ca. 1,500 files to Google Drive but only 680 records were created in Airtable. The Zap does not show any issue.Any ideas?

Google drive is not able to get file from clickup.Screenshots of steps where I am getting this error. I want this zap to transfer(move) attachment files to my google drive when ever user upload it. Dear all,I am new to Zapier community and would like to ask how can I forward an email with the original attachments using Zapier? I tried to set the trigger as ‘matching an email’, and set the action as ‘sending email’, but didn’t succeed in attaching the files - e.g. the forwarded email only shows the attachment file with a download link instead of showing in attachement. Creating a simple Zap to catch a simple “Signature Request”. This is with a new account so I should have the 14 days paid professional access. Several of the dropdowns aren’t populated and gives me “We’re having trouble loading 'Template ID' data (Cannot read property 'map' of undefined)”. I can’t set the recipient role either:Any clues?
Cleaning Salesforce name field data - Format letter case to be consistent - Capitalise each word - then re-insert back into the same Salesforce field. Is this possible. If so how? Want to take the first name field from Salesforce bring it into Zappier process it so the text is formatted to Capitalise each word. Then re-insert the result back into the same Salesforce field. Trigger could be, for example, creation of new lead (or new contact) in Salesforce.This tip from Nick Simard could be used for the formatting step.Thanks for any help on this.Rob
I created a zap to start a Philips Hue scene named “On a Call” when an Outlook calendar event is about to begin, which activates the Hue lightstrip outside my door to red, but I need it to re-start my Hue scene “Available” (which makes it turn green) when the calendar event ends. Any ideas?

I would like that when a new lead is won on Pipedrive, it is creating a new project on Quickbooks. Unfortunately, I am not finding any trigger for doing that. Does any of you found a solution?

Hi there,There doesn’t seem to be a “search for label” option in the Gmail connector. I want to add a label to a Gmail message, and if it doesn’t exist, create it. I tried to just add the label but there’s no option to “create if it doesn’t exist” so the zap failed. Next I tried creating the label first, then applying it, but it bombs out if the label already exists. I’m processing a bunch of emails that come in with a pre-defined subject, and part of the subject needs to be used as the label. Is there a way to do this, or a way to use the Filter or Path function to catch the zap if it fails and take an alternate course? TIA.

I am trying to link Shipstation to Google Doc, as show in the image. The options pull through perfectly. However when I look to action them to a google sheet, the names and values get merged together, you can see this in the second Image. I am trying to create a GDrive folder hierarchy by using GSheet rows. Creating the root folder works fine, but I can’t get it to create a sub-folder.So for example if I add a GSheet row called “Test”, the it will create a folder named “Test” (correct!)But if I add a row called “Test/sub-test” then it actually creates a new folder called (literally) “Test/sub-test”, rather than creating a sub-folder called “sub-test” in the folder “Test”.Any ideas what I may be doing wrong?
