Trying to connect Wordpress to Zapier, getting an "Error parsing response" error
Hi, I’m trying to connect Wordpress to Zapier. I’ve installed and activated the Zapier plugin to wordpress. I go to log in to my Wordpress on Zapier, and I get the following error: We hit an error adding your new accountauthentication failed: Error parsing response. We got: "<!DOCTYPE html> <html style="height:100%"> <head> <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width,"Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup Double check your Account has the correct permissions Check out our help docs for more information What can I do to fix this? Can you update more than just the status field in a Jira issue?
Integration Type: Jira to Azure DevOpsIs it possible to update a field other then Status when performing the Jira Update action? It is the only field that appears in the Setup. I am trying to stop Zapier from creating duplicates when I create a work item on a Jira issue update. My solution is to create a custom field that I can set the value to a specific value after the work item is created. That way I can do a check for the updated value and avoid creating a duplicate every time the sync happens. Thanks!
Facebook Lead Ads ad set data not available
I am using the Facebook Lead Ad Zap with Infusionsoft. I have hundreds of ad sets that are generating leads and It would be extremely valuable to know the ad set name for each lead. However it doesn’t seem that Facebook is sending this data to Zapier. Can anyone please help?
Email Parser CSV attachments - “Daily Limit for Unauthenticated Use Exceeded. Continued use requires signup” error
Hi! This is my workflow -- I receive a .csv file export via email and upload it to Google Drive. It has around 11mb, and the file is uploaded successfuly, but the .csv upload in the Drive get stuck around 1.4mb (15001 rows). I see this error from the Google API… does anyone know how I could troubleshoot it? "code": 403, "message": "Daily Limit for Unauthenticated Use Exceeded. Continued use requires signup."
Email Parser - Parsing wrong info
I have a parser email thats properly gathering info. The parser template shows the correct areas and names for fields. The emails that come through seem to not adhere to the template. Fields are combining data/fields that are below it in the email. Dont know how to troubleshoot this.
How do I track Zap Status in case a Zap gets turned Off?
Hello!I would like to know if there is any way that I can track the Zap status of particular Zaps and apps within a single view or a single dashboard. Sometimes there are some Zaps that encounter errors multiple times and get turned OFF.When this happens, It takes a few hours if not days before I am aware that a particular Zap got turnd off as the email notification gets lost.I was wondering if there was any kind of webhook or App by Zapier or something like that where I could get notified every time a ZAP that i am currently using, gets turned off but in a visual way.I would like to Build a Chart or Table where I can clearly view all my Zaps in green light, and if there is any of them turned off, to be RED or Yellow if it has issues.Basically, I would like to know If there is any way I could view all the Zaps I want to track from a single dashboard. This would be useful.Have anyone else thought about something like this in the past?Thanks!
Zapier - Vanish Thumbnails
It seems this is a lingering issue with Zapier. For whatever reason, at the beginning of August thumbnails started vanishing from posts.I have YouTube → Discord. Thumbnail vanishesHowever, I do it on a test server and it works just fine.YouTube → Twitter, vanishesYouTube → LinkedIn, vanishesYouTube → Facebook, it works.Tried making a new Zap and it still doesn’t work for anything. Is there any solution for this because my social media posts are looking real weird right now.
Form to Constant Contact - How do i update list if contact found + create contact if contact not found
I used paths to say “if they choose this option they go into this list, if they choose that option they go into that list” Works, sometimes. I have set as “Find or Create Contact” so it only works if I’m “creating a new contact” If it finds a contact, then it assumes the action is complete (and doesn’t update to include in the selected email list).Should I duplicate this Zap? One for Find or Create, the other for Update Contact?What is the right way to set this up?
Can you use AND/OR with 'Extract Pattern'?
I’m making a zap where users will send a message in Discord including a time. The zap is meant to find that time and create a calendar event based on it. The only issue is that it’s hard to get people to use the exact correct time format to match the pattern I put in with Python Regex. This is what I currently have to match this format (00:00PM): \d\d:\d\d\w\w I’d like to have this search for multiple patterns: \d\d:\d\d\w\w OR \d:\d\d\w\w OR \d\d:\d\d\s\w\w OR \d\d:\d\d\s\w\w but it doesn’t seem the OR command is working. I would like to know if this is possible and if not, is there a workaround? Thanks!
Manually Trigger Zap - Button or Otherwise
Hello, I am finding myself in a situation where an automated or scheduled trigger will not accomplish what is needed for a particular workflow. What I am finding is that I need a way to have a human trigger the Zap. I am not aware of the different interfaces Zapier has in this regard. I know I can use Zapier email to have the human send an message to trigger the Zap, but I was looking for something a bit more simple. Either a web addon button or something to that effect. Any.do reminder not coming across to google tasks with due dates
Hey Everyone,I’m trying to link my Any.Do tasks to be sent to my Google Tasks with the dates as well. I use the smart type to create my tasks and due dates & time. However, when it comes across to Google Tasks, it doesn’t recieve the due date & time. It’s just coming across as a task item with no due date. Is there a way to achieve this currently with Zappier? Webhook Fails to Continue When Response Header is 400
I am using a webhook to lookup a value from an api. I do not have control over this api. When the api fails to find a matching value it returns a message and the http header status code is 400. This causes Zapier webhook step to fail to continue.How can I modify my zap so that if the http status code is 400 it continues moving through the rest of the zap and I can do my own error handling? Right now it will not move past the webhook step with 400 http status.
Connect Gsheet/Gmail to start to send a series of daily emails

Scheduling zap every *other* day
Hi, I would like to schedule a zap not for every day, but every *other* day. Is there a simple way to do this? The only similar solution I have seen is to trigger it for certain days of the week, but this is not every other day since there are 7 days a week. Also, I can imagine choosing only odd or even dates but this wouldn’t work if the 31st is followed by the 1st. Is there a way to do this seamlessly? Thank you very much.
My Zap stops 70% of the time saying the phone number field has no data
I have a sep set up to use OPEN phone to send an automated text every time a new customer requests a quote. the app and trigger is via zenmaid and once I convert a quote to a lead it is supped to send a text via our VOIP open phone… if I look at the history of the zap it works about 30% of the time. the other 70% it says the reason it was stopped is because the phone number field has no data essentially… however the same exact info that's sent for the times it works is the same exact info that is sent for when it doesn't. any thoughts?

Long story short, I wanted to connect a google sheets row to Teamleader (CRM package). I wanted Teamleader to create a deal whenever the status in google sheets of a row changes. The problem is that the Teamleader step always returns: Failed to create a deal in Teamleader FocusThe app returned "customer.id invalid uuid".Customer support of Teamleader did not really help. I am not sure this is because hardly anyone uses this zapier zap and therefore it does not work or that is really a problem from my side. Does anybody here know how I could solve the issue? I was already seriously contemplating changing the CRM package and wanted to give it a last go. If I could make the zap work then I might consider not changing. The problem with changing is that we use the CRM to bill the clients. Hi! I just can’t get my head around how does Zapier know what form to start triggering in Squarespace? I want to trace the usefule zaps I use from squarespace with Zapier but I’m not sure where those connections are connected in squarespace because all it says is “triggering when a new form submissions” I want to know what form that is.
How do I set up my Zap to create a webinar registrant for a specific webinar(s)?
I have a webinar registration form built using Ninja Forms, and in the form there is a dropdown menu for multiple sessions (different topics & different dates).The desired functionality is when a user selects webinar A on our registration form, Zoom creates a webinar registration for webinar A only.I think this would require an if-then statement (for example if webinar A is selected then create entry for webinar A. If webinar B is selected, do not create a registration for webinar A) How do I setup the Zap to create a webinar registrant for only the selected webinar(s)?

How do I use Find Event (Google Calendar) action to check today's events?
I’m trying to create a workflow wherein my zap would check my Google Calendar to see if someone is on a leave, then send them a list of their events for the day via Slack if they’re not. Everything else works as expected except for my Find Event step. Leave events are named in a specific way that makes it easy to search for and all I’m actually pulling from this action is a true or false if there’s a match. What I expect it to do:New day starts (has a field which provides today’s date) [Google Calendar - Find Event] Check the Google Calendar for events today with the event name “Vacation Leave”. PATH False Don’t send message on Slack. True Send message on Slack. I’ve tried and tested everything. Everything works as intended except for the Find Event action (#2). What I’m sure isn’t the problem:Search term has to be an exact match. - I’ve already tried different Search Terms and I can predictably get the zap to make a match or not depending on what I set if it’s just the Search
