Active Campaign Opens not coming over consistently
I have a ZAP that is suppose to trigger when a campaign in Active Campaign is opened. It was working perfectly before August 1st...but now only about 1/3 of them seem to be coming over. Not sure what changed. Anyone have any ideas? Is this a Zapier issue or an Active Campaigns issue?
New GSheet rows not adding data in correctly to Calendar
HiAm trying to get my Zap working - and the zap test does what I need it to do (takes the first row of my GSheet and creates a calendar entry in the correct date and time), but If I add a new row (and zap is set to new or updated rows), it doesn’t put the fields in the right place - and my date/time becomes my description - and the calendar entry is on todays date instead.But the test works perfectly…What am I missing?

I have tried many different settings and credentials to connect IE: default database or the other 2. None work. No popups come up and my account is admin with full permission. I can login to ACT! just fine in my.act.com. I did create Zaps for my old act account a couple years ago and the zaps in there are for that. I did delete the old ACT! connection. Trying to connect ACT! to salesmate and will also need to connect ACT! to gravity forms. Attached some screen shots.
How to add conversion tracking to Microsoft Dynamics
I am researching Zapier for clients of mine and want to make sure the functionality is what I need. Am I able to use this platform to setup better conversion tracking? My client uses Microsoft CRM and I run google ads on their behalf. We have had some problems being able to track which conversions are coming from where. My goal is to help them setup custom IDs within the Microsoft CRM which can identify the leads coming in from Google ads as well as which ads provide said leads. Is this something Zapier would be useful for? And if so could someone guide me on what steps to take to accomplish this setup? Thank you in advance!
Can't get my zap to find a post in wordpress
I am trying to set up a zap to post my blog articles to social media when a new blog is published. I have done it two other times for other websites no problem, but can’t seem to get it to fetch a new post. There are plenty of blog posts in there, and I even published a brand new one so it had something new to fetch. Please help.

Shopify product description & image to PDF FILLER
I am trying to pull product description from Shopify line item on a order and post it on a pdf file in PDF FILLER.When I use Zapier & try Zapier Loop or Shopify product find, it does not show product description, just product line item titles, line item properties value, etc.. but cant seem to find the line item product description...Along with the description I also need to pull the product picture and post it on the pdf filler..Please advise.

That’s what I thought but when I try and select the type of activity “card limit exceeded” or “list limit exceeded” is not an option…Does Zapier support Trello Power-Ups? Can Email Parser Iterate?
I’m guessing the answer is no, but just in case, I’m asking… Is it possible to create an Email Parser template that can find x number of similar values. In my case, I receive weekly emails summarizing some activities for each day worked. For each day worked, I want to create a new row in a google sheet. If I manually copy one day’s summary from the email and then forward that to Email Parse, it works great. But is there a way that I can have the parser iterate over the original email and, for each day summarized, create a new row? Keep in mind that the number of days worked in a week will change, so it would be problematic to try and create different values for day1, day2, etc.
Complex Zapier Question Here Involving Other Automations.
Hello Zap Community,This may or may not be a very complex issue, but to me, it seems complex. Here is what I am (in a nutshell) trying to accomplish. I know how to use Zapier pretty well. However, I have come to a fork in the road.I want to connect Zapier with my Facebook lead gen automation. Easy part. Now those people who have filled out a lead capture form, I want them to go into a mailchimp tag that is just a bulk tag that they all funnel into. On the FB lead capture form there will be a CTA button saying schedule now. These people who go into this tag will have 24 hours to schedule. If they do not, I want them to funnel into an email/text drip campaign. I want the people who do book, to be taken out of the bulk list and put into a list of booked clients. They will be out of the email/text drip campaign. Don’t want to annoy them about booking, when they already booked.Using monday.com those FB leads will also funnel into a list here. Sending follow up email if receiver doesn't reply
Is there any integration that can help us to send an automatic email (gmail) if the receiver doesnt reply in a week to our previous email? The reason is that, sometimes, our customers that asked for an estimate, after receivng it, don’t even reply. So we are wondering if there is any way to remind them that we are still here. Sent invoices are automatically tagged as “sent estimates”. Thanks

Hey team! I have a Google Sheet set up so that when I type on a new row, an appointment is made in my Google Calendar. If I sort the sheet by date, will that cause issues with my Zap? Should I simply turn the Zap off, then sort, then turn it back on?
Merging tickets in zendesk
Hello! New Zapier user here. My zendesk provides customer support to users of an app. When there are problems in the app, users can send us support logs that show up as unassigned tickets titled “support logs” in our unassigned view. They often also write in to our support separately, which opens up a second ticket. I would like to create a Zap that detects and merges these tickets. I feel like this should be pretty simple, basically: When a ticket called “support log” enters the unassigned view, check the UserID of the ticket. Then check if the same UserID has submitted a ticket within the 48 hours or so. If yes, use the Zendesk “merge ticket” feature. I haven’t figured out how to merge tickets on the Zapier side. In Zendesk, you can hit the down button next to a ticket title, click “merge into another ticket” and then combine those two tickets pretty easily. Parsed data to Trello card fields
I am using Zapier and trying to get a parsed email (with Email Parser by Zapier) into a new Trello card with field values populated.* Email parser by Zapier is configured correctly. (I think). I have fields defined, and they are available in the Trello action step.* I have created a card template in Trello, with fields named the same.* In my Zap, I can create a Trello card with the parsed data values,. I Don't know how to use the template card and map the Zapier email parsed fields to the template fields. Can anyone help or point me to an example?

Is it possible to use Zap to build a file in Dropbox?
Hi,I am attempting to use a Monday.com Item status change to trigger a folder being set up in Dropbox. (I think I have gotten this far) I would also like that folder to be created from a “folder template” that we have built. And for the file names to be updated depending on the name of the top line folder - which is determined by the Monday.com item name. I am not sure this level of automation is possible. ello :) I am trying to create clean data to go into air table. I have successfully used the HTML Mark Down, Regex, and Split Text functions to get to here. Which allows me to pull out key data for the fields I need. This has successfully posted to AirTable.Now i would like to see if i can clean the data more, mainly removing the ‘|’ and the ‘>’ and ‘---|---’ from the fields. Is it possible to update unit quantity on QBO invoice and auto-update Unit Quantity in smartsheet row
Can I update the unit quantity in a exisiting QBO invoice and have that qty auto-update the ‘Unit Quantity’ cell in a smartsheet row? Or vice-versa can I update a smartsheet row ‘Unit Qty’ cell and have it automticatically update the corresponding QBO inoivce? Either way would work, I’m just not sure which way would be less cumbersome or if this is something more complex then just a zap...Also wondering if you can append an already exisiting order (either in QBO or smartsheet) with additional line items and have them link and upate appropriately. thank you
