Question

Extracting attachments from Gmail emails for Teamwork tasks

I have a trigger setup for Gmail - New Email. From this email I process the data in the email to create tasks in Teamwork. I am looking to add the files that are attached to the email to the task in Teamwork. However, I cannot find a way to get all the attachments from the email. The number of attachments will always vary. The field “All Attachments” seems to only have one of the files. I have seen numerous comments about using Gmail - New Attachment but not all of the emails will have attachments. I need to process every email and the attachments if it has attachments.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @hageman

Try using this Zap action: Gmail - New Attachment

You may need to add a Delay, then find the Task, then upload the file to the Task.
