Help with mailerlite and location filtering

Hello!

I have a zap which takes people from my ads into my mailerlite subscribers. All good.
I now want to seperate these into groups based on location e.g US, UK. Mailerlite tagging for this is innacurate. How can I edit / create a zap for this please? Ideally for past subscribers as well as future ones

Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward.
