I've set up Zapier to trigger actions based on payments processed through Razorpay. However, I'm encountering an issue where Zapier isn't consistently triggering on specific payment pages within Razorpay.

I've verified that the payments are being successfully processed and appear in my Razorpay dashboard. The Zap is configured to trigger when new payments are received, but it seems to miss certain payment pages intermittently.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue with Razorpay integration in Zapier? How did you resolve it, or are there any troubleshooting steps I might be missing?

I did some digging into this, and it seems like the issue you’re running into where the “Payment Page Paid” is not triggering is a known bug with the Razorpay integration. Our team is aware of the issue and we're working with Razorpay on a fix. I've added your email address as another affected member. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track and prioritize fixes
  • Allows us to notify you via email if/when this is fixed
