Hi there
Welcome to the Community!
I looked at the screenshot, and it seems like the issue here is the link used in the “Attachments” field. For you to be able to send a file or an attachment, you need the direct download URL of the file itself.
The direct download URL should look like this: https://drive.google.com/u/0/uc?id={FILE ID HERE}&export=download
For context, the file ID is located in the link. Like so:
Hopefully, this helps!
Thank you!

I am having issues attaching a simple file (pdf) trying to send an email. Gmail via Zapier.
How can it be so complicated?
Access allowed to share with anyone with a link can view. There is not option to download.
I tried the above suggestion, did not work.
TIA
Hi
Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the “CONFIGURE” section of the action step that shows all of its fields.
Please don't include personal information in the screenshot, or be sure blur out any personal information.
Thanks!
