how do i take data from received from chatgpt from column a and have zap put it in column b and then repeat the process?
hey there, been at this for awhile today so i might sound a little off In Google Docs I have large groups of texts in their own individual cells in column A, i have set up the zap to take data from column a feed it to a chatgpt assistant who creates the outline i want to go in column b, i am having a tough time with the following: how do i set this up so that it moves through the entirety of the google doc?i have this zap succesfully setup and it has run row 22 but even with me adjusting some of the data in column a has a test has not recognized it nor triggered the action to run the prompt and also how if possible could i introduce looping into this? i have attached pictures to hopefully help clairfy what my racked brain is trying to explain. regardless, i appreciate any time that you take to respond and hope you all are doing well. -G

I would like to set up a workflow that is triggered anytime a specific Salesforce field is updated (regardless of the value). How do I go about doing this? This is the set up I have so far: Salesforce object: AccountField: SegmentField updated to: ???? (This is the part I’m unsure what to fill in as there is no specific value. I just need the trigger to happen every time it is updated). I have 3 unique values in the “Segment” field. Should I keep the “field updated to” blank, and create 3 paths for the different values?
I successfully integrated my hubspot and slack - if a ticket is created on hubspot, let my team’s slack channel receive a message.I tested the automation and it’s working fine. However, i noticed that the notification or message being delivered to my slack channel does not come with a direct link to the hubspot ticket. It just shows the ticket ID. Does it mean that i and my team members will have to manually log in to our hubspot account each time there is a notification that a new ticket just dropped on hubspot? is there a way to get zapier to automate direct links? The attached image shows the exact message that gets delivered to the channel.

Hello, I work in a very busy non for profit community centre and we use Qualtrics to gather data to support applications for critical funding. We use JoinIt to handle membership signups and hold members details securely. Everytime our business holds an event or programe, anyone who attends MUST fill out the sign in survey. Its doesnt matter if youre coming to a regular event, you still have to redo that same survey everytime. It slows downs people entering our events and its quite frankly clunky and annoying to keep manually refilling your demographics for regular attendees. Im trying to find a way to link people who buy a membership through JoinIt to fill in the necessary demographic feilds there once and then that triggers something to share that new members details as a contact on Qualtrics as a contact in the Directory. This way, if i design the survey to first ask for a unique identifier like email or membership number, qualtrics will then prefill the survey and streamline the mem
I now have a host database that stores data in a Google Sheet and in Tables via its own Zap. Now I have another Zap that starts as a trigger with a "New or Updated Spreadsheet Row" and works as soon as a new customer request comes in.< this not the hostdatabase! At the end of this Zap, an email should be sent, and before that, a loop should run. Any of my hostdatabasecontacts should get a mail of customer requests. Now, I still lack the ability to use the host data from the other Zap here so that I can forward the request to all host database contacts. So how can I use/copy or in any way the stored data from my hostdatabase to a zap where my customer-inquiries starts on behalf on another form entry. If I try to use my Table, where I stored the hostdatabase with find records i have everytime to set a Lookupfield of the table (fine) but also a lookupvalue of my googlesheet-customerdata which in this case doesn´t make sence. Hi Zapier community, I have encountered an issue when using frame io as the uploading source for uploading a youtube video. There is no selectable mp4 file that can be uploaded as a video. The problem is that when you sign up for one membership level it is triggering the Zap to send out levels for all the memberships.any ideas on how to resolve this?

I have tried setting up a Zap to grab a file from and SFTP and upload all rows to a Google Sheet. I am using Easy FTP as the file location. I selected “new file in folder” as the event. I then use Formatter by Zappier (utilities) to format the CSV. I then used Google Sheets with the action Update Spreadsheet Row(s) to Google Sheets but I only get it to update one row because it requires a row number. The report I am dropping on the SFTP has over 500 lines (but less than 1000). The idea is that when the file drops (once a day) the google spreadsheet will be updated will all new rows replacing prior ones. I have tried some of the line item options but still cannot make it work.
I’m creating a custom GPTs. I am a photographer. I want to drag a photo into the GPTs, have it create a caption, then publish the photo and caption to Instagram and/or Facebook. Everything is working fine, except when it tries to post to either platform, it comes back with “Photo field is missing”. Since GPTs can’t seem to use the image I drag into it directly, I created a text document with all of the image file names from my portfolio, and gave that to the GPTs. The first step I have the GPTs do is scan a Google Drive folder for the filename of the image I dragged into the chat, and find the file ID for it in Drive. I then have the GPTs format the URL to be https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=FILEID (This is the format that the Zapier help bot recommended). The GPTs is then instructed to make the post in Instagram using the caption it created, and use the URL to put in the “photo” field for Instagram. But it always sends back an error saying the photo is missing.

I added the necessary permission set. In Zapier, I tried to connect a new app. I picked Salesforce. Sandbox. The login window is presented. I enter the user name and passwords for my ‘Zapier Integration’ user and get an error to check the username & password. I validate in a separate login window that the credentials are accurate.
The title is confusing, I’m not sure how to word it so I took screenshots. When a specific appointment is scheduled in Acuity, I want some of the details to zap over to Airtable. One of the details is a custom field we added to Acuity that says who the appointment was scheduled by. When I set up the zap using recent appointments scheduled, the custom field contains a name that was typed by the person scheduling the appointment. But, when the zap actually runs and I look at the history, the field doesn’t bring over any info (leaving the airtable cell blank. Any ideas? I really need help trying to find actual examples of setting up a post to instagram business. I’m new to all this and not that techy and everything I can find just sends me to documentation which I don’t understand. Ultimately I am setting up a zap between wordpress and instagram so that when a post is published in Wordpress it then posts to my instagram account as well. I have the wordpress and instagram connections setup and they tested successfully, but when I go to select an event it keeps asking me to ‘Create a custom action Beta’. I have 0 idea what this means and would very much appreciate actual real examples of how someone set that up for me to follow, not documentation and instructions! thank you!
I have been working on this for a while, The idea is to export the order (.xls) from woocommerce to dropbox “shared files” folder.The idea is this:1.At 12.00am, zapier will the export orders in .xls format(from woocommerce) to “shared files” folder in dropboxBut the problem is, in zapier there is no “shared files” as a folder option when I’m choosing the folder destinantion. I only can access the personal folder. The reason why I want to choose the “Shared files” folder is to share the files with my team.The zapier plan that I am using is Starter Plan. Do I need to upgrade to a specific plan to get access to it?Do you know a way around this?
