Create Basecamp 4 Card in Card Table

Is Zapier going to set up a Zap for Card Creation in Basecamp 4 (formerly Basecamp 3)?? Seems like it has been a while for Zapier not have to hooked into that part of the API by now. Also, I note that all the Zapier references are to Basecamp 3. It is actually known as Basecamp 4. 3 evolved into 4 quite some time ago.

Zapier Table as CRM - How Can Client Retrieve Entry Info and Update Entry By Themselves

Hello! I’m using Zapier tables as my CRM at the moment until I get more costumers. Clients fill out an intake questionnaire via google forms and I then transfer that info to Zapier tables. I have two questions:If a client wanted to see their CRM responses by themselves, is there a way to do this without sharing the whole table? Can the client provide a specific input somehow like a phone number and then get the results for their CRM entry? If a client wanted to update their CRM responses by themselves, is there a way to do this without having them refill the Google Form they originally filled out? Thanks.

Starhshipit > BurstSMS based on order status

Hello we are looking to integrate Woocommerce and Starshipit to send an SMS via BurstSMS when a customers order status is set to ‘picked up’ and or ‘out for delivery’ We understand that Starshipit has a native integration via api, but its uses a different SMS phone number every time an SMS is sent out to a customer. Totally not an ideal customer experience. We want to see if there is a way to create a zap as follows: App: StarshipitTrigger: Order Status ‘Picked Up’Action: Send SMS to: Mobile Number… xxxx (via Burst)Note that we had a look at the available information via https://zapier.com/apps/starshipit/integrations/webhook but there does not seem to be anything for Order Status ‘tracking_short_status’ or ‘tracking_long_status’See screenshot as well.Thanks so much!

How do I forward Clio Grow lead info to SMS for review and capture reply?

Hello! I would like to set up an automation, when triggered, forwards a potential client’s lead information from Clio Grow to SMS. This text would go to our managing attorney who reviews our leads. I then need the response to this SMS sent back to me. In my wildest dreams I would like my attorney’s text message response to be quantifiable. Such as using an approval step where “no” = halted workflow, but starts a different workflow for lead rejection. Is there any integrations that make this possible? I anticipate that we will need a third party SMS platform.

Hello everyone,We are considering building an zapier integration(cli) and i’m currently building a demo app,but i’m stuck with the following problem:Our app uses API-KEY authentication and REST Hook trigger,but i when i send some data to the trigger via the webhookURL i want to extract a specific header from that request which i can in the trigger: const perform = async (z, bundle) => {#how can i fetch here my desired http-header and parse it to the creates module ? bundle.rawRequest.headers[‘Http-My-Header’]return [bundle.rawRequest];}; but i don’t know how to parse that value to the creates section so that i can send back to my server ? NHS contacts cannot be synced

Whenever I update my data in Mojo or create new fields, I need to send that data to update my clients in FollowUpBoss. However, the Mojo Dialer system is sending me the error 'NHS contacts cannot be synced.' What is the cause of this NHS error and how can I fix it? Because when testing in Zapier, it works correctly.

Acumbamail error: The app returned "Subscriber email already exists in the list"

Zapier isn't pulling all GoToWebinar attendees and getting incorrect time data

I have an automation set up to update a spreadsheet following a webinar in GoTo Webinar. The trigger is ‘New Attendee in GoTo Webinar’ which is then supposed to search for the email on a spreadsheet and update the columns of the time they joined and left the webinar (if they attended). I recently did a test run and the trigger in Zapier is not pulling all of the attendees. I can pull an attendee report from GoTo and it shows all 24 names who registered, then lists the 10 people who attended with their join and leave times. However, in Zapier it is only pulling 3 names, 2 of which actually attended and 1 who didn’t attend, only registered… Further, the information it updates for join and leave time shows “2017-01-01 0:00:00” for everything, when the attendee report exported from GoTo has actual data.. I tried to troubleshoot with GoTo, but they said they don’t deal with any integrations, that I’d have to have Zapier help… Has anyone ever had any issues with accurate data exporting fr

How do I automatically apply Gmail labels?

Based on what I've read so far, this might not be possible or at least requires a the addition of a process that I'm not familiar with. Is it possible to automatically apply Gmail labels to emails that match a given search?For example, I have a zap set up that automatically creates a Gmail label for each clio matter.(For some reason, though, on the web version of Gmail, they're nested under '/' which is nested under 'clio.' On the mobile version of Gmail they look like Clio/[matter number]-[client last name], which is how I intended them to look.) I have a separate zap that triggers when I send an email including a tag that includes the matter number. I'm trying to get it to apply the corresponding label to that email. Is this possible. I've seen a couple a threads suggesting using a Google sheet to record the labels. Any thoughts?

Zap Error: Rebrandly Link Creation from PandaDoc Document Sent - Failing During Live Runs

Hello,I'm encountering an issue with a Zap that I have set up to create a Rebrandly Branded link from a document sent from PandaDoc. The Zap works perfectly when I test it manually within Zapier, but it consistently fails with an error when it runs automatically.Here's a brief overview of my Zap setup:Trigger: New Document Sent in PandaDoc Action: Create a Branded Link in RebrandlyWhen the Zap is tested manually, it successfully generates the Rebrandly link without any issues. How do I export phone numbers from Zapier to Brevo with +61 country code and remove the leading 0?

i am trying tp export to Brevo from Zapier phone numbers. i keep getting the country code for the US number 1 i figred out how to get this off but now i get the front number 0 of a number.. for eg the number that has been imported is to Zapier is 0415413228 and i now want to export this number for sms purposes to brevo which requires the +61 in front of the number.. as the ph number has a 0 in the front this also now needs to be removed as it comes wont accept the 0 in the front of the number it has to be +61415413228 and yes i have tried all different ways to change brevo and also the program that uploads to zapier with no scess .. i have litrally been at this for almost 3 daysHELP

Delay a trigger until all details are filled manually by the user

Let’s say the trigger is according to a new Monday ticket created. however, the ticket is usually created empty (just has a title). users are then filling out the task, assignee, and other details, but until this manual process is done, the trigger already created an event (for example, a github ticket) with missing details, how can I delay the trigger to give the user opportunity to fill out all details (note: simple delay just delays the consecutive event but the trigger is already missing the needed information)

Catching raw XML

I’ve got an app that sends order information as XML. I thought maybe I could catch it with Webhooks by Zapier and then use a code step to do some parsing. I could swear I did something like this a number of years ago with Zapier.However, I just posted some XML to a Webhook by Zapier using Postman and when I click the button to test the trigger, nothing shows up.Has anyone found a way or best practice for simply getting XML into Zapier?

BambooHR New Employee trigger does not fire based on the day of record creation, rather it’s based on Hire Date.Above is my experience, and BambooHR Support mentioned that it’s not their end issue, rather it’s Zapier settings.Anybody here in Zapier can verify this ?

Hello, I am using Webhooks by Zapier and am successfully receiving the calls made to the webhook. However, I am required to send a custom response based on the data received. I cannot do this with a separate action - is there a way for me to adjust the automatic response sent from Zapier in the webhook trigger? Thank you
