Sending WhatsApp reminders before a webinar

Hello, I would like to send my customers who participate in my webinar a reminder 24 hours and 12 hours before the webinar.They sign up by subscribing to a list and receive a tag (FunnelCockpit).I was able to find out how to send a Whatsapp notification, but not how to set the date for it. The test I just set up doesn't work, instead of at 3pm, I got the message immediately. Can anyone help me? Attached is the screenshot of the zap. Thank you very much!

Using completed TypeForms to populate a Google Doc template

I’m trying to set up a Zap where, when someone fills out a specific Typeform, Zapier grabs the info, finds a specific Google Docs template, creates a new version, and populates the template in the correct areas. I’ve got it set up so it sees the Typeform submission, and I’ve even got it so that it grabs the Doc template, and even populates the person’s name in the title of the Google Doc along with the rest of the specified title. But I can’t get it to populate the Doc itself. It used to ask me which fields I wanted to include in the Doc from Typeform (although I couldn’t really format the presentation of the answers in the Doc), but I got a message in Zapier saying “You’re using a legacy version of Google Docs, let’s get you upgraded.” From that point on it doesn’t ask me for specific fields anymore, and the generated Google Doc (with the correct title!) is always empty. I read something about finding “hidden fields” or “field keys” in Typeform, but I can’t find them anywhere (there w

Unable to configure PostHog activity to add users to a HubSpot List

My goal is for persons from Posthog who do certain relevant activity (for ex. user-connected-cluster) to be added to a Hubspot list. I’m having trouble with the configuration, as the only option on the action is user-deleted-sandbox event. I can’t see any actions beside this. Would appreciate help for this.

Quickbooks Advanced - Custom Fields Not Being Found

This seems to be an issue that has been addressed over the years, but I haven’t found anything that is current.I’m trying to create a simple “create customer” zap from Kintone to Quickbooks Advanced. Zapier is not finding our custom field in QBO. We only have two custom fields at this time, one is a number and the other is a string (“Text and Number” as selected from within QBO), so we are not exceeding the three custom string-based field maximum enforced by QBO.We are testing in the Developer/Sandbox area at the moment. I’ve read all the other posts, doc, and blogs referenced here in the forums, but nothing points to a solution. Any help is appreciated.

Problem with the Zap for creating a deal in Hubspot from copecart

I would like to create a Zap that creates a deal in Hubspot after purchasing a product in Copecart and creates or updates a contact.Unfortunately I'm having problems creating it and can't figure out which fields I need to manually put the fields provided by Copecart into the Hubspot fields, or is it possible to automatically transfer all the fields provided by Copecart to Hubspot?Is anyone familiar with this and can help us?Thank you in advance.

Zapier Interface - Not filtering correctly

Hi, Just curious if anyone else has ran into this issue. My table in my interface is not filtering correctly. I have it set to only show rows where the status = ‘open’ however it is showing all statuses I am also getting this error when I open my history tab. This is happening with all my interfaces (5 of them) randomly Any suggestions would be awesome.

Published Eventbrite trigger not firing, but test records being detected

Hi there, I was in the process of setting up zap over the course of a few days, with New Attendee Registered in Eventbrite as the trigger. All test records using dummy registrations created in live Eventbrite events worked as expected.When I published the zap and then later returned to test it live with new dummy registrations, the zap didn’t trigger on new registration - wondering if there is an issue with this trigger.About the zap and what I’ve tried:The New Attendee Registered trigger is configured to all Live events in our Organisation, with no specific event set, so should accept all registrations for all events. All events I have tested are published and live. These registrations all loaded as available test records, but not as Zap runs in the left panel regardless of status, so there not even triggering then failing. Live registrations have been made manually as admin in the back end of the event, by myself through the front end, and also a real registration by a genuine s

Missing 'New Pushed Message' Slack trigger after app update

Hi! We’ve gone through and updated all our Zaps that utilise Slack triggers & actions from the legacy app to the updated version, however the ‘New Pushed Message’ trigger isn’t available on the updated Slack app? I can’t find any reference to this in any public forum to confirm if this is temporary or a consequence of changes in the update, etc - does anyone happen to know?The ‘Push to Zapier’ function is visible in Slack, but clicking it returns the error screenshotted below…

Open Phone Contacts not updating

I have my Zapier setup that everyone who calls or messages me on open phone gets added to my OpenPhone Contacts. I made sure to setup the unique ID on the Action Part however whenever a person messages/calls me, instead of updating their existing number/contact - it creates a completely new contact entry on openphone instead. TL;DR Openphone creates a new contact everytime irregardless if a unique ID has been filled in.

RingCentral Zap Only Triggers On my Own Account?

Hello there, I am a super admin in RingCentral, we have about forty other users on our account. I set up a Zap to trigger when there is a new call recording, but it only triggers on my own calls, not on any of the calls from any other user. Is there no way to set up the trigger to run on any new recorded call rather than just my own?If I have to make forty different zaps, one for each user, then it’s just not worth the effort unfortunately.

Why are new clients created in Aesthetic Record EMR not transferring over to Square POS?

Hi,I have created a zap for all new clients entered into the Aesthetic Record EMR to transfer new client data into the Square POS. However, when testing the zap by adding new clients in AR EMR, the data is not transferring and creating a new client in the Square POS. The zap does not recognize that a new client has been added. Please help!

Facebook Lead ads to Salesforce doesnt trigger the zap at all

Greetings, I have configured a very simple zap that fetches facebook lead ads. Then puts them into Salesforce. I have configured the lead ads its able to list by page, my forms, Also get last 3 leads data for preview. All are correct. Also the salesforce part is also correct as it can insert a lead. But my only problem is the new leads are not trigged into Zapier. Zap never runs even though its live and deployed. I tried working with Facebook Lead ads and also tried with Facebook Lead Ads (for Business Admins).Tried reconnecting, disconnecting. creating a new flow. Nothing works. Any help or suggestions on how to debug and fix this ?

Zapier can't find HubSpot custom object

Hi everyone,Trying to trigger a new custom object record creation whenever a new Typeform is submitted. However, Zapier isn’t able to find any custom objects from our HubSpot account: I’ve confirmed that the HubSpot account ID is correct (it has no trouble finding all our fields tied to Contacts, Deals, etc.). Error is the same regardless of the custom object-related action (e.g. create, get, find, etc.) I assume because Zapier is able to find account-specific information related to other objects that this isn’t a permissions issue, afaik HubSpot does not require special permission granting at the object level.Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Attempting to get separate image URLs from loop into same Airtable Field

Hello, I am attempting to run a zap, triggering from Airtable, which will send a prompt to Dall-e and have Dall-e return multiple image URLs, which will then be added into the record within Airtable. I have created a loop within the zap to send the prompt to Dall-e the desired number of times and that appears to be working as expected. However, I am only ever able to receive 1 of the image URLs into the Airtable record, as it does not appear to be appending the results of each loop being run. (For example, I request that the loop with the prompt be run to create 3 different images, the zap loop runs 3 times and I see different URLs in the logs, but only 1 URL is ever added to the Airtable record)

WordPress Updated Post does not work properly with Custom Post Type

I’m using a WordPress trigger with the "Updated Post" action to work with a specific custom post type when a post of that type is published. The custom post type appears in the list, but when I test the trigger, it doesn’t work—I’m only receiving data from the default post type. However, when I use the same custom post type with the "New Post" trigger, it works as expected. Could you help me troubleshoot this issue? SimpleTexting Incoming Message not retrieved

I am looking to create a zap that triggered by SimpleTexting incoming message, however Zapier is not accessing the messages received and instead displays a “placeholder” record that does not exist in the SimpleTexting database. (Displayed in Article 1)According to Simpletexting, “the message ID does not exist, because no message is actually sent or received.” and are created by Zapier for testing purposes. My account is authenticated and connected -- confirmed by section 1 of Incoming message “configure” section. As you can see, the page displays my account phone number. (Displayed in Article 2)I’ve exhausted the SimpleTexting support and they have confirmed that there are no issues on their end with the API.

Mapping EasyShip fields to Jotform answers correctly

I have everything connected. I am trying to map the fields. When I configure easyShip I see the plus sign to pick the date field from Jotform. The only choice I have is “Answers”. WHen I look at the jotform data I have several fields under answer like “Answers City” , “Answers Name”, etc. Nothing I click of type in gives me the mapping to the name and city. Just “Answers”

Troubleshooting date and time errors in Zapier with Acuity Scheduling

Hello All, I have a online price estimator, on my website, and after the client gets an estimate they hit a button “start the booking process.” on the next page is my order form. Why are only meeting rooms available for booking in OfficeRnD through Zapier?

The Zapier OfficeRnD integration only seems to offer Meeting Rooms to pick from when either using ‘new booking’ as a trigger or ‘create new booking’ as an action. Looking at the OfficeRnD API, they seem to support all the different resource types present in RnD - meeting rooms, private offices, private office desk, dedicated desks and hot desks. But none of these other than meeting rooms are available to read booking from or write bookings to in Zapier. Anyone know why? Any way to allow the other resource types?
