How to efficiently manage delays in main and sub Zaps for processing records

Guide to reference:

set this all up and ran with 219 records and all are on hold with Throttling. any other suggestions? it a pretty elaborate salesforce and multiple sub zaps with API calls within them. runs great on few records, but it did before this. anything over 30 or so and it craps out with throttling. i am also wasting an enormous number of credits. Thanks

For us to have true context, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

finally got it working but man is it slow. like 2 mins a record. using a single table to write all the records from a Salesforce report then processing them. granted its calling 7 sub zaps and a few of them are using APIS for data validation. any ideas to speed it up?

also posting screen shots and configurations is not practical. there are 100’s of them. should be a way to share a view of them or upload or something.

Without context about how your Zap steps are outlined we have no means to be able to evaluate and advise. (e.g. record and share a Loom.com video)

The most reliable way to optimize is to convert the steps and logic to code (JavaScript/Python).
