I’m trying to create a zap that will check wether a person is already in a table we have in Caspio from a new registration in Zoom.
I’m using the Caspio Find Record action and use the email as the filter. When the person is not in the table everything works fine, but when this step finds a matching email i’m getting an error.

I tried multiple things but I’m at a bit of a loss on what I’m doing wrong...

Try changing this field to be true, then you can use Paths to handle if a match is found or not.

Just wanted to check how you got on with Troy’s suggestion to change the Successful if no search results are found field setting?
