Not all leads being received from Facebook Lead Ads

Hey Zapier Team,

since yesterday some of our Facebook leads aren't reaching Zapier. I exported from Meta Leads Center and cross-checked — a bunch of complete, legit leads from the same form never triggered the Zap, while others came through fine.

Can you please tell me howmuch take time to fix this issue ?

Hope you don’t mind but I’ve split this out into a new topic since the previous incident was resolved.

I couldn’t see any open bug reports for missing leads on our side, and there aren’t any lead-related incidents reported on Meta’s side at the moment. So I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team directly about this. They can take a closer look into your Zap to better determine why some of the leads aren’t coming through. Unfortunately, I can’t say how long it would take to get this fixed.

Please keep us posted on what they find!

You already did the hard part by diffing the Meta Leads Center export against your Zap runs. Silent lead drop on Lead Ads is usually the page-token scope, and I can rebuild the trigger with a backfill, so you recover the missed ones. If you’d be open to that.
