Constant Contact Automation Issue: Missing Inspection Date Trigger in Zapier Setup

Anyone here have Constant Contact automation experience? We’re a small service business that uses Constant Contact to communicate with real estate agents who refer our home inspection services. Our active Zap link includes the date of agent’s most recent home inspection (+ first name, last name, company, email, phone, birthdate).  We need to create a Constant Contact automation triggered by an agent’s most recent inspection date so that we can automatically email them 120 days after that date to try to reactivate their business. When we try to create the trigger, all the other fields show up EXCEPT inspection date. Constant Contact says they don’t support third-party applications and told us to contact Zapier.   Suggestion? What would you do?

Can't pull permanent link from Slack to Monday

I created a Zap that whenever a team member sends a message in a channel in Slack, it will create an item in Monday with the contents of that message, and the permanent link that will lead to that message in Slack. When testing the trigger, there was no problem but then it cannot pull the link into Monday, only the contents of the message.

Automaticaly Export Data from Error or Halted Zap Runs

I need to automatically export the payload contained on “Data In” every time a Zap returns as Error or Halted. So far the only resource I could find is the Zapier Manager App as a trigger for errors on a specific folder/Zap. The problem is, this Trigger does not pull the Full payload of the “Data In”, instead it gives me an ID, and two links that does not really work. Does anyone knows a proper way, or workaround, so I can automatically fire the Errored Payload into Google Sheets for instance?

Problems with bucket.io integration...access denied error after connection established and API key provided

Does anyone know of any issues with Bucket.io integrations with Zapier.I’ve set up the integration between the two, providing the API. I’ve got some evidence the connection is there, as I see zaps i have created...but I’m getting access denied errors, as if the connection is not really there.

In my automation, step number 1 is a Gumroad sale and step number 2 is called "update or create contact on Active Campaign". The latter does not see a custom field I set on Gumroad called "Email dell'invitato".What can I do?

Duplicated Appointment Email Data Transfer from Master to Agent Worksheets

Our company uses Setmore to schedule appointments between customers and agents. When a customer sets a new appointment with an agent, we want an email with that specific agent’s information to get sent to the customer in advance of the appointment.  We have things set up where a new appointment in Setmore triggers a Zap that creates a new line in a Google Sheet. The line contains the customer name, the agent name, and the agent email. We have another Zap set up to send an email when a new line is created in that Sheet, but so far, it is a generic email, and not one specific to the agent (agents contact information, signature, etc.) Unless there is a better way to do this,  when a new line is created in the Sheet, we want to check which agent’s name appears in the Agent column. Each agent will have their own Worksheet, and a Zap will create a new row with the customer name, agent, name, and agent email in the Agent’s worksheet. There will be one master Worksheet and a Worksheet for each

Calendar Appointment Title Ignored: Zapier only passes start, end, and attendee email

my calendar appointments are created howewer the only set of data that appears to be passed into the zap is the start and end date as well as the attendee email.  All else is ignored and the appointment name is always set to default “appointment” instead of the provided data. while testing there is no error and all data appears to be present.

403 Error Posting to Wordpress

I was able to connect my account to my Wordpress site, but when I try to create a task to create a post the test comes back with a 403 error.I clicked the “Troubleshooting” button, but the information was useless, there was no information about the actual error.I searched for 403 error posting to Wordpress, and I did find a post that does list the 403 error, but that wasn’t any better. Two of the links talk about Jetpack “fixes”, but the link do not relate to the recommended fix. The third option, allowlisting xmlrpc.php does make sense since I can connect my account, it’s only (so far) posting that is the problem.

i was going to connect chatgpt and  airtable. so i first triggered the airtable. and itwas succeed. and then i connet chatgpt and than i test it. and it said “You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details.”. i am already subscribe chatgpt plus model. and i pay for it. and i don’t no why

Unable to add or update my Mailchimp address in my Zap.

I am trying to create contacts in Mailchimp. I select all the data and, as you can see in the first screenshot, data IS there, but as shown in the next two screenshots, although data is being sent, it is not being stored. I don’t know if the bug is on Zapier side or Mailchimp, but I haven’t found a better way to report bugs. (I have checked in Mailchimp and the address is not there). As you can see, Zapier recognizes the fields and there is data in there When clicking test, it shows what data is being sent, and the ADDRESS is thereThe result of the test shows that all the other data has been stored, but the address is empty

Cant find the relevant PipeDrive when building a Google Zapier integration

Dear all,  I am trying to build a Zapp that works with a Google Sheet. Based on the rows in the Google Sheet deals should be created in PipeDrive. Our developer listed the question here with a video:  Any thoughts on why a pipeline is not appearing? So the status is that there are 10 pipelines and only 8 pipelines are appearing in the dropdown.

Affiliatly to Flodesk testing Ok but not running

Hello there- I’ve set up a zap to add new Affiliatly affiliate signups to flodesk. When I test it, the information pulls into Flodesk just fine.  However, it isn’t pulling in the information when new people sign up. I’ve double-checked the mapping, and everything seems fine there.  Additionally, when I go to history, there are no zap runs, so I don’t have any errors there. It seems as if the date is not sending from Affiliatly in order to trigger the zap??

Buffer Zaps turning off when published together

Hello there.! I have an issue here, I am trying to publish 2 Zaps, one for Facebook and another for Twitter using Buffer. If 1 zap is on the other just turns off, I can’t have them both running. What could be causing this?

Custom Excel Formula - Extract number of 'items' in a cell

In ColE, I want to return a count of the number of items in ColD. This is zapped in from my CRM, and at the moment this is a manual process. I would like to automate the process so that I can send the count (colD) back to my CRM. The correct formula is shown in excel, but I am struggling with the Zapier format options. I have gone through various text formatter options, but keep getting 'syntax error’ with the below: I am wondering how I get Zapier to specifically supply the cell reference (i.e, D2) instead of the cell value (the string value). I may be way off the mark here, but I feel it is close to working! Any help or guidance or discussion is much appreciated. Many thanks!!Sam

Failed to create a contact in Zoho campaigns

Hi there, I have created a Zap that pulls submissions from a Gravity Form embedded in a Wordpress site. I set up and tested the Zap and it ha been pulling data through from the Gravity form into a Zoho Campaigns list. It has generated an error with some of the most recent submissions to the form:I have gone through the elements of the Zap and check the fields in the Step Details and they are correct. I ran the test again and encountered the same error.  I created a new zap and was still encountering the same error.  I added a new entry to the form to test and this was pulled through correctly.  Does anyone have any idea why some of the entries are being pulled through and added to the Zoho Campaigns list created? Thanks so much!

Zap looping and sending same Gmail to QuickBooks over 1000 times.

ContextI created a zap that uses Gmail as a Trigger and Gmail as an action. The trigger activates when an email is tagged as “Quickbooks Receipt”. The action then forwards that email to my quickbooks email. ProblemThe issue is that it has looped and sent the same email over 1000 times and is using up all my tasks.

Zap isn't posting multi-day Microsoft Office 365 events to the Microsoft Teams channel.

I’ve been working on a Zap that will take every event for the day on an Office 365 Calendar (one that we’re asking staff to “invite” to any out-of-office events) and post it to a MS Teams channel. I got it working for single-day events by using a digest with the trigger being the event “starting”, but I just realized that it doesn't post multi-day events each day, so if someone creates an event for a whole week, it’ll only include that event on the list for the first day. Any suggestion on how to fix this (or do the zap a different way to accomplish my end goal)? Here’s what I have at the moment:
