Google Drive "New File in Folder" not triggering.

This post was split from topic:  Hello, everyone! I met a new issue 😅 When I try to upload videos, My zap isn’t triggering. (New uploads not modified or moved to the folder) But, when I chose the specific file from editing my trigger, I don’t receive any issues or error messages and it does what it is supposed to do.And when I manually run the zap, it gives me this error.  I just uploaded these videos to the folder and my zap can’t trigger. Thank you for helping me out! 🙏

SquadCast error in creating a recording session: "Could Not Create Session, Cannot read properties of undefined"

I have been trying to integrate calendly to squadcast. The goal: when someone signs up for a meeting time on Calendly, it creates a recording session in Squadcast. Important note: I AM a premium member on Calendly. When I connect the APIs for both apps, the connections clear. But when I test it, I always get this message. This error isn’t numbered. Calendly says it’s not an issue on their side.  I’ve still published the zap and tested it manually, but no recording sessions ever get made in Squadcast.  Any tips? Thanks so much,Monica

Text gets cut off in Zap (Mailchimp to Wrike)

I have set up a form on our website that feeds information through to Mailchimp. The Zap is set up from Mailchimp to Wrike.In Wrike there text information is cut off in Wrikes task discriptions. For context:New Business Enquiry comes in through website Information from fields go across to Mailchimp audience Zaps to Wrike (project management tool) raises task and pulls across information from Mailchimp fields into Task description. The text in one of the longer entry fields gets cut off.

Issue with pulling all fields from WooCommerce to Pipedrive.

Hello. I buy zapier woocommerce plugin. Then in my zapier free I made the connection between woocommerce new order to pipedrive new person. But when I create a new person in pipedrive, I only get 5 fields like name, email, phone and others, but I don't get all the information that comes from woocommerce, like product name, country and many others. So that I can place those fields in pipedrive what do I have to do?

My Zap only updates one row on monday.com and not multiple rows.

Hello, I would like to integrate monday.com with google sheets using zapier. I would like to be able to make updates to my google sheets that automatically update my monday.com board. I used the current zap below, but this only updates one row at a time into monday.com, not multiple rows. Would someone be able to help me figure out how I can make a multiple updates to my googlesheets that are reflected on my monday.com board? Thank you!   trying update certain cells within a monday board when google sheets gets updated. We are trying to have a live spreadsheet which get updated everyday and we would like this to update monday board as well. I can get google sheets to add a row but I cant seem to find a way to update individual cells. Is there a way this can be done using a zap?

Slack error: The app returned “Channel_not_found”

Hi,I’m creating a Zap so when we get Deals a Slack channel is created per Deal.Once a channel is created, some people should be automatically invited to the Channel.Workflow is this:1. When a deal is created, a Slack Channel will be created - working2. Once a Slack Channel is created, some people are added to the Channel. -- this one is not working. there’s an error message “Channel_not_found”3. Unable to pull correct information when triggering new project in Clickup

I am trying to create a Zap that duplicates a folder in Clickup when a Contract is signed in Dubsado, the only issue is I seem to pull the wrong information, it is not retrieving the correct information from Clickup, any feedback on this?

Unable to embed images in the body of Gmail. Even with a direct URL, the images won't show.

Hey there, I’ve tried all the advice available on this community to embed an image in the body of email in Gmail but still, the image is not appearing.I’ve tryied with direct URL, or creating a step with Find a File in Google Drive … nothing works …I’ve a rectangle with the name of the file, but the file is not appearing … I’ve obviously the availability of the file, and it is oppened HELP PLEASE

My Zap is creating duplicate events in Outlook from Google Calendar.

I have a Zap set up as follows:New or Updated Event in Google Calendar » creates Event in Microsoft Office 365Seems to work effectively, and pretty quickly.  Unfortunately I always see at least two events in outlook (the event is duplicated).  I only have this one Zap creating anything in Outlook / MSFT Office.  Any clues as to why it may be duplicating?

ChatGPT Error Code 429: You exceeded your current quota; please check your plan and billing details

I'm trying to create my first Zap - a Slack integration so anyone on a team can ask ChatGPT questions and everyone can see the responses. I'm getting this error "Error Code 429 - You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details" even though I've upgraded to GPT plus. Could you help me debug?

My Gmail signature image appears as a broken link in my Zap.

Hi,I’m trying to send an email via Gmail that has an image in the signature. However, the image appears as a broken link, like this:  The image appears fine when I send emails from the Gmail website. I also tried just creating a draft with Zapier, but I get the same problem. Please help.

My Zap isn't sending email addresses from WooCommerce to Flodesk

Hello Zap Community,  I created a Zap to send my customers from WooCommerce store to Flodesk so I can add them to my email campaign. I don’t know how to explain but the last trigger that sends the email address to flodesk isn’t working.  WooCommerce is connected successfully. (TESTED)Flodesk is connected successfully.  Just the email address doesn’t go to Flodesk. Can anyone help me with this?

Reddit Zaps not finding search query in comments

I noticed a while back that my Reddit Zap run action frequency dropped dramatically out of nowhere (see task-graph image). My Zap is configured to search Reddit Comments and Posts for a query, filter out certain instances of the query, then send a channel message in Slack. Looking into what was happening, I noticed that the Zap wasn't grabbing all of the comments with my query, just the posts with query in the title or the body. To double check it wasn’t my filter, I tested this with a new query and was able to replicate the issue with a new Zap searching for a different query. It too will only send posts that include the query to my slack channel and not comments.I reached out to Zapier Support who told me they’ve reported this as a bug but that it likely won’t get a fix unless some additional folks report the issue as well. I’m posting this here to try to drum up support for my cause. Has anyone else noticed this?

Zap returns success, but leads not added to BoomTown

Hello,I recently setup a Zap to automatically import relocation leads whose info is sent to my gmail account. I mapped the data to insert a first name, last name, phone #, and email. I received two leads yesterday. Checked BoomTown this morning and they were nowhere to be found. Then went over to Zapier and my Zap says it was successful. Using the info on the supposed lead that was created, I searched by both first and last name, phone #, email, and keywords in the description. The lead has not been added into my BoomTown account although the Zap says it has been. Wondering how I can fix this?

How do I stop getting "Task was stopped because its Zap was turned off during its execution." errors?

Hi - I have a Zap with a “Append Entry and Schedule Digest in Digest by Zapier” stage in it (collecting 10 Tweets) and when I set the Zap to disabled I continue to get the “Task was stopped because its Zap was turned off during its execution.” messages for days afterwards. I’ve stopped it, I don’t want to keep getting these messages for ever. If I turn it on again they go away, but come back when I stop it. Is the only way to get rid of them to delete the Zap? This seems to be a new behaviour, only seen it in the last few weeks.

Connect 'find a folder' to actually filing in that folder

I understand that I can connect ‘Find a folder’ in Google drive to actually filing something (say, an email attachment) in that folder.But in the ‘file in folder’ step I’m struggling to see how to say ‘please file the attachment in the folder you just found in step 2’.  I’m guessing I use the ‘Custom’ option but then I’m presented with what is to me a bewildering array of fields. Which one (if any) do I choose?  Thank you!

Monday.com error: Cannot read property 'column_values' of undefined

Overall goal: Create new item in a Monday board when a Shopify order tagged ‘return’ is updated, but do not create a new item if the SKU of the order’s product is already present on the Monday board. First step is to capture an order update in Shopify. Second step is to only continue if order is tagged ‘return.’ Third step is to get item by column value in Monday, which is where im running into this error. Step is a success if no match is found, however when I test the action,  I get the ‘failed to find column value’ error.   I reached out to Zapier about the error message and I was told it was a bug with no timeline to fix it. Just posting to see if anyone has run into the same issue and knows of a workaround. Thanks!
