Troubleshooting Zaps not turning on with Facebook Lead Ads and LinkedIn Leads

Hi, we’re setting up some Zaps with both LinkedIn Leads and Facebook Lead Ads and when I got to turn them on the Zap turns off immediately. We’re getting the below error messages for the Facebook Lead ads

Step 1 - New Lead in Facebook Lead Ads
The app returned "(#200) User does not have sufficient administrative permission for this action on this page. If the page business requires Two Factor Authentication, the user also needs to enable Two Factor Authentic...". (#200) User does not have sufficient administrative permission for this action on this page. If the page business requires Two Factor Authentication, the user also needs to enable Two Factor Authentication.

But I am able to pull leads in when setting up the Zap and when I test the connection it is showing successful. We have sufficient privileges on Facebook and LinkedIn as well. This doesn’t appear to be an issue with permissions. Is Zapier currently experiencing issues with connecting with LinkedIn and Facebook?

Hi there, @Everspring—welcome to the Community! 🎉

If the connected account has the correct permissions then it could be erroring due to two-factor authentication not being turned on. We have a help guide that has instructions on how to fix that type of error: Facebook Lead Ads error: (#200) user does not have sufficient administrative permission

Can you give the instructions in that guide a try and let us know how you get on? Keen to ensure this gets sorted! 🙂
