Question

NetSuite connection always expiring

I'm having trouble connecting my NetSuite account to Zapier. I always get the message:

"This account conenction is expired. You'll need to reconnect the account before continuing."

1. I have the app installed.✅️

2. NetSuite API settings ✅️

3. I have all relevant permissions✅️

I've also tried with manually creating an access token.

Could it be because the NetSuite account email is not the same as the one in Zapier? (we use a company email with a pro plan).

What can I do?

Hi @bodanp,

Welcome to the Community.

The email addresses for your NetSuite and Zapier accounts don’t need to match, so that’s not causing the issue. The error likely indicates an expired or invalidated access token used by Zapier to connect to NetSuite. To resolve this, try reconnecting your account in Zapier, creating a new access token in NetSuite, and enabling token-based authentication with the appropriate permissions. If issues persist, contact NetSuite support for further assistance.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hey there, @bodanp! 👋

Did reconnecting your NetSuite account as Jammer suggested do the trick?
