Pandadoc Receipients link not shown in output (but is shown in test)

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.Hi there, I have a problem with showing a link from Pandadoc in the eventual e-mail. Here’s the step in the zap:  If I test this step, I receive the e-mail including the “Recipients Shared Link”. But whenever this Zap is triggered when live, it just sends it blank:  And here’s the output in a test: Here’s the complete setup:  I have added the delay, because I thought the Recipients link might be generated a bit later than the actual file, so I thought a delay might have helped. But same result. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this? I am clueless at this point. Or a suggestion for a different approach?

Problems with send a prompt from ChatBase

I’m having trouble setting up a send prompt action from chatbase. Any message I put in the message fields returns the error “The app returned "JSON object requested, multiple (or no) rows returned".” Do I have to make a json in the message field so it works?

Assistance Needed: Gmail Step Failing with "Unauthorized" Error in Zap

I am encountering an issue with one of my Zaps, specifically in the "Send Email" step using Gmail. During testing, I receive the following error message:"Failed to create a message in Gmail: The app returned 'Unauthorized'."Here are some details about the issue:I have already configured the Gmail account in the Zap and passed the setup and configuration steps successfully. The error only appears during the "Test" phase. I ensured that I have provided the necessary permissions to Zapier to access my Gmail account.Could any one please guide me on how to resolve this? Let me know if any additional details or screenshots are needed.

Airtable Zap Not Triggering Consistently

My zaps with Airtable triggers are only triggering sporadically. It’s almost like I have to log in to the base for the zap to run. Is there a way for me to use a different trigger to watch when a new record enters a certain view, since this one isn’t working? When the current zap actually triggers, the zap itself works, so the issue lies with Zapier recognizing that it needs to trigger.

The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully.

Hi there. I have an automation which looks like this below. I am having an issue where the module “Metricool” (A social media scheduling piece of software) keeps timing out. This happens when I’m trying to schedule a video in metricool, and it always happens on the larger videos 50mb+ in size.I assume what’s happening is it’s taking too long to upload to metricool so it’s failing. Is there anyway of almost making ti stay around for longer, long enough for the video to upload?Would appreciate anyone’s help :) Thanks in advance

Zap stops sending receipt emails despite working on Woocommerce

I created a zap that is automating the email of receipt after purchased but it wouldn’t sent the receipt even thought the zap I created was working before. It stops all of a sudden but when I test it out on Woocommerce plugin it’s working. How do I solve this matter on Zapier?

Hii’m going to describe what i want. could you please check it and tell me is it possible or not? Zapier should connect to a website. website result will used to create a uniq link. the link is for an exam and it should send to a client (the client email come from first step) Zapier should check the exam link frequently to see if exam is pass or failed if exam was pass  Zapier should send email to admin . i know 1,2,3 are okay but not sure about 4,5

Woocommerce error message stating that I dont have the plug in loaded and or permissions arent working

I am going around in circles with zapier and Im wondering if Ive missed something quite simple. This is my first time using the plug in. I want to set up an email automation ( I use mailerlite) that sends the purchaser of a specific product (a skin care cream) from my woo commerce store, an email that includes links to a video and a pdf when purchase is completed. I am struggling to figure out how to do this. After installing the zapier plug in for word press, I cannot find it in my dash board.I also have tried to create a zap between mailer lite and woo commerce to only have issues with permissions.I have created an application password. I cant set up a user permission as I dont have zapiers email address and this is required. These permissions arent working as I am getting a message stating that I dont have the plug in loaded and or permissions arent working. I have only just realised that maybe I cant use this plug in and need to also/or install the zapier for woo commerce plug in.

New Zap missing after zapier push

Hi there,I am a newbe to Zapier.I successfully created the sample cli app as described here: https://docs.zapier.com/platform/build-cli/overview After learning a bit, I tried creating a new app and publish.The new app does not show. I tried deleting the old app, creating another one, deleting etc. but I it is simply not there (at one point I did have an app, but it said it was private when I tapped on the Zap, so it wasn’t functioning).The apps are all private (I think the first one was as well).For the second and on tries, it failed to push and requested a registration (so I did run “zapier register”.What is going on?I ran into an article regarding logging in with user name and password and then via sso (Google), but I have been using sso login all the way.Thanks!

Trying to search for an order with a very specific custom field key/value pair. There’s an “Include Meta” field on the Zap, but I can’t figure out how to put the key/value pair. The Documentation is not really helpful on this matter.

How do I set up a Zap between Toggl Track and Notion for new projects?

Hello, I have connected Toggl Track to Notion. Whenever I add a new project to Toggl track, I would like it to add an entry to my projects database in Notion. Apart from adding the new database row, the main thing I would like it to add is the title of the new project.  When I’m in Zapier trying to set this up, and I want to set the name (I think from mapping fields), it seems to have the option from the last project but I would it expect there to be a generic name field. Is it always going to only select this one project name? Thanks.

Problem with updating a pass in Passcerator

To update my pass with passcreator I need to have (These are custom but still very much regular fields) “Name” and “License plate”. These are *required and without them I cant complete the update automation. So I have set up a search pass earlier in the automation in order to make sure I have the info already pulled. I even see the info in the test results nice and separated, ready for use.When I get to the part where I have to actually put that info in the fields of the automation to have it done they don't appear as the separated DIFFERENT values but instead coupled up with other info like how many stamps the pass has in one by the title “Custom data view” and I cant select them separately to update my pass accurately every time. How do I fix this????

Hi everyone,Quick question—does anyone here have experience with AI chatbots and their integration with scheduling tools like Google Calendar or Calendly?Here’s what I’m trying to achieve:I want my AI chatbot to handle website submissions that include scheduling requests. Ideally, the chatbot should be able to read availability from Google Calendar and suggest alternative times if the chosen slot is unavailable. For example, if a prospect selects a time that’s already booked, the chatbot would check the calendar and provide available options.Is this type of integration possible with Zapier? Pass Picture in Excel into Github

Hello,I’m wondering if it’s possible to have a picture that is pasted into Excel (say a specific cell) get sent to Github to post in an issue?For example, I have a spreadsheet that is used for beta testers to input bugs and sometimes they want to include a screenshot.Here’s a screenshot of how it’s currently laid out: I’d like to somehow pull in the picture from the, “TEST” column. The only thing I can think of is having them upload it to a file-sharing site and grabbing the shared link, but it would be nice if they could just paste it in Excel and then have it pass the data to Zapier for it to display.Edited to add that this is how the flow is setup in Zapier: The, “TEST” column just shows the word, “Picture”, which is what gets passed into GitHub.

Custom Posts using Advanced Custom Fields not appearing

I am trying to send the results of a elementor pro form to a new wordpress post, of a custom type with custom fields created with Advanced Custom Fields. My ACF settings are:For the post, the only Custom Fields are supported. Its publicly queryable and “show in rest api” is on. I set the base URL to my-site.com/wp-json/For the Custom Fields:“Active” and “Show in REST API” are on, and I set it to attach to the correct post.I tried to create a new post and it works great, only thing is the custom fields don’t show up in the top bar. Anyone know how to I fix this?Anyways, in Zapier I can find the Post Type, but none of the custom fields. It says I need to update the zapier plugin, but I did and its at version 1.5.1. I haven’t found anything in the forums, but I’m assuming this is possible because of the popup. How can I fix this? And if I can’t, is there any way to create a work-around and automate post creation some other way?Thank you in advance.

Stan and Convertkit Zap not connecting

I have it set up where a new customer from our StanStore gets automatically put into our ConvertKit (KIT) database and then subscribed to an email sequence from there. Has anyone else had issues with this connection? Are there certain things i should check for to help troubleshoot? TIA

Issue with Zap Setup

Hi, please I’ve been trying to setup A Zap that will:1) Detect a new file added to the [Master] 2) Design Folder or its subfolders.3) Identify the subfolder name where the file resides.4) Extract the preview link of the image from the subfolder.5) Add this information to the Google Sheet.6) Also add a preview image from the subfolder to the Google Sheet in a separate column. The test zap worked but when I upload the file it didn’t update the Google Sheet. What can I do?
