I have it set up where a new customer from our StanStore gets automatically put into our ConvertKit (KIT) database and then subscribed to an email sequence from there. Has anyone else had issues with this connection? Are there certain things i should check for to help troubleshoot? TIA

In order to troubleshoot connection issues between StanStore and ConvertKit, ensure API keys are valid, integration settings are correctly configured (for example, triggers and actions like "New Customer" in StanStore linking to "Add Subscriber to Form" in ConvertKit), and email sequences are correctly set up. Check for error messages, test the integration with a new customer, and contact support if needed for specific guidance.
