Hi there. I have an automation which looks like this below. I am having an issue where the module “Metricool” (A social media scheduling piece of software) keeps timing out. This happens when I’m trying to schedule a video in metricool, and it always happens on the larger videos 50mb+ in size.

I assume what’s happening is it’s taking too long to upload to metricool so it’s failing. Is there anyway of almost making ti stay around for longer, long enough for the video to upload?

Would appreciate anyone’s help :)

Post screenshots showing how Zap step 3 is configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible to help us have more info about the error.

One option to try would be to use another app like CloudConvert to optimize the file.

Hi ​@Troy Tessalone Thank you for responding, please see all the screenshots below. The file is about 90mb but I have had it on some videos that are a lot lower which is weird

One option to try would be to add a step to hydrate the file url to get a file object.
