Hi @Livz,
Welcome to the Community.
Here is a general idea for setting up a Zap between Toggl Track and Notion: Start by creating a new Zap. Choose Toggl Track as the trigger app with the "New Project" event, and connect your account. Then, set Notion as the action app and select "Create Database Item." Map the fields from Toggl Track, like the project name, to the corresponding fields in Notion. After testing the Zap, turn it on, and it will automatically create a new database item in Notion whenever a new project is added in Toggl Track.

Hi, thanks for the answer, but I have already got as far as setting up these steps and testing them. The problem I have is that when I map the ‘Name’ part in the Notion step, rather than simply listing ‘Name’, it has ‘Name’ followed by the name of my project. So, say my project is called Project A, it has ‘Name Project A’ as the mapping step. I wondered if it will therefore only look for this specific project, or it will label any new projects as ‘Project A’? I have since added a new project to Toggl and when I run the zap, nothing happens.
Hi @Livz,
The field shows "Project A," meaning the Zap only looks for projects named "Project A" or labels new projects. To troubleshoot this, check the trigger settings in your Zap to ensure it triggers on any new project in Toggl, not just 'Project A'. Also, remove 'Project A' from the 'Name' field mapping so it dynamically fills with the correct project name. Test the Zap with a new project.
